All very quiet at the moment despite the fact that people are dying every day from hospital acquired infections and BQE has the ability to do something about it. Supposedly the next news will be in mid September with the price moving up from the end of August as the T25ers start buying into it again.

We are now just above the 2006 low of 12p, a way to go until the '06 high of 22.3p and the 2002 high of 80p seems really remote although they were also at 4p at one point in that year.

I wonder what this Korean mobile costs and how much we get for each one sold containing our technology. Also how good is it, could the screen be scaled up to blackberry size without loss of quality?

Shares up ths morning on the anouncement this morning that the ebiox licence has been transferred to Dentsply following the take-over of Sultan. Phew, that's a relief then!

substp. Sometimes ontracts are only worth the paper they are written on, this I know having won a landmark case in the 1960s. It is performance that counts. There may be targets and an advance on earnings but at the end of the day to a multi-billion dollar corporation it is write-offable if the product should happen not to suit. Meawhile pat5 has a point, the sp is getting a little worrisome as a coinsequence of more and more people taking to the lifeboats. Notwithstanding, I am still not totally convinced that it is over.

Of course they will know what they are buying in outline but then later there are committees that review everything in minute detail and compare the products that they already have with those that they have bought. Review committees also develop new corporate strategies and positions which sometimes means that existing lines are no longer considered mainstream. It was not my intention to be alarmist in any way it was just the expression of a small concern. It is unlikely that Sultan has cleaned house for fear of throwing out stuff that the buyer might want - one man's trash is another man's treasure!

Shares up 8% today. Research note seems to be working, there is now about £1 to go before we reach the area of 'considerable upside' - see below. I just for the first time looked at the five year chart, it is so bad that it almost defies belief, after all we are not talking dot com here. If this coy is to survive, which I suspect it will, it seems to me that it is a buy.

The heat sems to have gone out of HCEG and we slowly drift downwards. Since last Thursday there has been a string of rubbishy deals, all under £5000. The question is when to get back in. What on earth is going on with the sp? Every day it plummets like a lead Zeppelin. To read all substp's wonderful research fooprints it would not be unreasonable to think that everything is going really, really well. Clearly it is not. Will it soon be time to consider topping up. Are the MMs trying to convince us that the coy is gonzo? If this is their message then gut instinct says that it is a spoof.

Up 11% today on newx or what? Perhaps finally something is happening. Ideas please.

A NY investment bank has this week published a very long research note. It says, amongst much else, that the shares should be trading at £2.55 "with considerable upside" They also rate it as a speculative buy, what this means in US terms from a parameter perspective is unknown to me. I appear to be the only poster holding these shares, perhaps some of you might care to look at this one and see what you think.

dasv. I sold Geiger Counter recently but kept the subscription warrants. I felt that this uranium boom cycle may be over for the moment although as you say GCL it is very well managed.
