Just because a large shareholder sells a few % points of their holding you immediately condemn them. You have no idea why they sold, the personal circumstances of the real owner and his/her present needs.
It really would be so much better for everyone on these if you could curb your enthusiasm for inappropriate sneering at others.

Are we all utterly convinced that this business is medically transformative?
That some Chinese have paid a whole lot of money doesn't necessarily mean that their successors will pay the outstanding balance.
It would be so interesting to hear an opinion on NFX from its peer group, that is if there are such people.

Just wondering.

For EVRH to list in the States, say on Nasdaq, there would have to be a share consolidation, they don't list penny stocks and kick out businesses whose stock has fallen too low. I can't remember if the bar is set at $1.00 or fifty cents.

Having bought in a little time ago I have no present intention of selling out for less than 75p, it would be silly to do so.

It is amazing that none seem to hold this wonderful share that in a comparatively short time has doubled and may even double again.
How can all you switched-on guys have missed this one?

It appears that you are widely respected on these boards, it is with this in mind that I now write.
You feel that NFX is heading toward being oversold.
It could, however, be said that the current share price accurately reflects the current state of play, the market never lies.
There is as we all understand the possibility of a huge upside in the share price depending upon events that as yet have not fully materialised.
Your magisterial pronouncements at times make me wonder about who you are and by what method you arrive at some of your conclusions, this only because your 'welcome home' to these boards seems a little excessive.

P.S. Hopefully, TOM and DEV will take their shareholders beyond the dreams of avarice.

Forgive me please, there is no doubt whatsoever that competition increases the market size and brings about innovation and technological advance.
Any manager who is unable to embrace this concept is in the wrong job.
It is bad management that brings down companies.
There are numerous smaller companies who are head to head with multi-nationals, yet they thrive.
Or are you really saying that you think that the competition's products are in some way superior, if so please produce proof.

What sort of a world are all these 'happy base campers' living in that they write such drivel? The worry is that it is exactly this type of school-child mentality that almost never makes money on the market. The real concern is that I am a fellow shareholder with these guys. Phen, I think your attitude is correct.

This Preference share would appear to be a reasonable place to 'park' a little cash in a period of uncertainty. Hopefully, the pound won't go South.

Today's burning question is: When do we get the outstanding money from the Chinese? If it comes, then we are home and hosed, for a bit at least.

A whole page profile on Homeserve and the guy who runs it. Seems that the N. American side of the business is now greater than the UK. Hopefully, the business will avoid any further horrendous fines. It looks as if there is the prospect of getting future growth from the States. However, have taken profits a couple of times and reduced the buying cost to almost nil.

At around £31.50 it now seems to be quite cheap.

It just strikes me that the important thing here is that following a few negative days the shares have bounced, looking at the trades one can see why.

Kindly, will some of you smart guys explain why it is that a small raft of large shareholders is, allegedly, selling out. At this moment we have a tanking S.P., this is despite the prospects are alleged to be so good. It just does not make any sense whatsoever. I have not sold any shares, perhaps I am living in cuckoo-land and am hoping against hope that this is the one. Only goodness knows.

You say that the business will be bought out for £750million.

That is about £1.62 a share.

If this business really stacks up and starts to make serious money, then it has to be very much more, don't you think?
