Caravan ref 15.20 post The prevailing view on this board would seem to be that once the finance deal is agreed the SP will rerate. I am not sure that view is correct. It is based on the premise that the drag on the share price is the finance deal not being announced. While this may be the case I am not sure that is the whole answer I am of the view that the drag is caused in part by a lack of market confidence caused by not keeping promises about when things will be done by. This is something I have seen in other shares. I am quite happy to keep invested for a few years so not particularly worried by the current SP.

The point that the article and my slightly sarcastic comment was making is that is exactly what the RN appears not to be doing they are not recruiting enough. The one concern I have is that a High Net Worth Individual might be looking for a tax advantage in investing. I can think of one tax scheme that being on AIM HARL the down size would mean issuing new shares. I cannot currently remember its name. The advantage is that if I remember correctly it will tie the investors in for three years minimum.

It may be that HARL will get some High Net Worth Individuals to invest in a way that does not require new shares to be issued. Of course one advantage of new shares being issued is that it would increase the MCap.

I did not know that you can remotely operate a ship I knew that there were drones but did not know you could have drone ships. Do not on Health and Safety and grounds hold your breath for any action from HMG the consultation response took two years. Perhaps this is something HARL and Artemis Technology can work on in anticipation of the market develops.
