I recall seeing a suggestion that the US Government might take a strategic investment in Austal US. My recollection Austal's accounts are that there no issues with either Austal Australia or Austal Thailand.

Broomtree ref 13.49 post with regards to the SeaRose there is another scheme which would allow the owners of the SeaRose to finance the work. This would mean that HARL will get paid and the owners will have I believe it is two years to repay the loan.
