Boo80 - In relation to your 12.17 and 12.25 posts I would observe that the grant is coming from the Local Enterprise Partnership the Council is one of the members of the partnership but it is not the council. Planning permission will be decided according to the Local Development Plan and applicable planning law. The existence of any grnat funding is not a material consideration and will not be considered by the committee. I am not even sure that the planning officer is aware of the grant.

In relation to W2T based on the answers to my questions and others at the AGM I am not convinced that anything you said about the position PHE would be in without either this acquisition or W2T is true. If W2T were not in the picture I am inclined to the view that the CEO and Chairman between them have enough industry contacts to take PHE forward.

Piltick - In relation to your 12.11 post as I have said to Manabouttown in relation to his theoory about shorting of PHE. I am not aware of any evidence that anybody institutional investor, fund or market maker has any shorts on PHE so I woud answer your question in the negative.

Boo80 - In relation to your 12.03 post if we apply the but for test and ask but for the acquisition will the unit be built. As the acquisition agreement post dates the collaboration agreement I cannot say that is the case. I would decouple the two and ask is the acquistion in the best interest of PHE. I am undecided on that and await further information before coming to a definitive answer.

sharesport - In relation to your 11.58 post can you expand on your reason for thinking that I am not saying you are wrong I am just intereted in why you think so.

z-cars - In relation to your 10.53 post I would expect for a transaction of this size an appropiate level of due dilligence will be done. In that case I would expect the due dilligence to be incorporated into or referenced in the shareholder circular. I must say that some of the concerns you mention have troubled me. I am not entirely comfortable with a valuation based on what income will come from the transaction.

yellowf1 -In relation to your 07.25 post as a small private company W2T has relied on exemptions in company law to not file a profit and loss account. It has only filed a balance sheet. It is therefore impossible to know for certain the answer to that as it is not obliged to disclose that information.

I would only add to Piltick's post of 16.40 that the land on which the probable first unit will be built has been leased by Peel to W2T. In answer to the original question the grant is going to W2T as they will as I understand it be the developer of the site.

Yellowf1 - Inrelation to yur 11.22 post at the end of the day it will not be PHE who decides whether a DMG unit will be a power only unit or a power and hydrogen unit. It will be the site owner. PHE is the technology provider the site owner will determine what theuit will be used for. As an example of the initial Peel units some will be power only some will be power and hydrogen. The exact natue of the mix will be determined by Peel. It is feasible depending on the size of the site to have one of each.

BumbleB - That depends on the cost of production of the H2 using the DMG unit compared to the cost of production of H2 using other methods. In all the revenue calculations I have done and all the price of H2 that PHE have quoted they have all been in the range of £5 - £8. If the H2 is not cheaper than petrol or diesel where is the incentive to change.

Look at it this way let us say that the profit on a kilo of H2 using other methods is £4. If PHE can produce H2 and make a profit of £4 while charging less per kilo than the other manufacturers why do they need to charge more as people will go where they can obtain the H2 cheapest.

Manabouttown - In respect of your 07.59 post you are right that currently H2 is at circa £10 a kilo but I was basing it on the possible selling price of H2 using a DMG unit that is why the post was on this board.

BumbleB - See my post of 19.08 yesterday £42 is the approximate cost of filling up a Mirai to travel from London to Edinburgh and assumes it needs a top up for the last few miles. It is based on a Mirai with a full tank can go between 3-400 miles before needing a refill. The question was how this compared with a petrol driven car.

It is just over 400 miles between London and Edinburgh so a Toyota Mirai filled up with 5kg of Hydrogen might just make it but let us say you will need to fill up once on the way. The cost at £7 a kilo would be about £42. Does anybody know how much it would cost in petrol to do the same 400 mile journey?

Wolveshaveeyes - In relation to your 18.35 post you should know I do not ramp. I was making an observation based on the number and size of the larhe buys. Regretfully I have no news about the takeover to share. In any case I did not say that there would be an RNS on Monday about the takeover. I do not know for certain that there will be an RNS on Monday it is a supposition. If there is a RNS on Monday I would not want to haxarda guess as to the subject matter it could be about anything.

LedZep - In relation to your 17.04 post no the 50/50 chance was not because it was binary but because I was not totally comfortable with the evidence I was relying on to come up with that proposition. While it is logical to assume that large buys in the last half hour of trading is because the buyer is expecting something to happen there could be other reasons for it.

Can someone please check my maths I count about £6m is shares were bought in 20 mins. £5m of that in £1m chunk. Obviously someone wants some shares to keep for the weekend. I give it 50/50 for a RNS on Monday.

Piltick - I have a diary note to check the website on both Monday and Tuesday to see if the application is on the agenda. If it is I will post the planning officer's report and post a comment on here. As I have said the Planning Officer's report is a good indication of whether the planning application will be granted.
