I thought that ASD were going to supply the unrecycable plastics that were going to be processed at Protos and the electricity was then going to be sold back to ASD. I have just checked the council website and I can find no application by ASD or that resembles what they were planning to build. I also note that the MOU with ASD has not been, as far as we have been told, converted into an agreement. Does nayone know where the feedstock will come from if not from ASD. I amm not concerned about the electricity as that can always be sold direct to the grid.

To keep to the previously stated plan to have the acquisition of W2T done by Q1 then the Notice of the EGM and Shareholder Circular will have to be issued within the next two weeks. I am inclined to the view that the two documents will be issued at the same time. My reasoning for this is that the Notice of the EGM will need to include the resolutions to be passed at the EGM. The Shareholder Circular gives the reason and justification for the resolution. On that basis it is both logical and more cost effective to issue the two at the same time.

I see a 3,500,000 share deal from Friday has just been posted dropping the opening price.

yellowf1 I would not expect a refusal as that would be inconsistent with the decision on plot 4. That said until I see the planning officer's report I am unable to rule it out as the planning officers are different.

Tetrolite once the legal issues are resolved yes. At present there are restrictions on the amount of hydrogen that can be added to the gas grid. I understand they may increase the limit.

Kenny100 I was referring to the time from grant of permission to start of development. Once development has started then you are right.

Tatty99 If you go to the details for the planning application and look under the important dates tab you will see the date showing next to actual committee date.

This is pure speculation on my part and I have nothing that will support it. As a planning permission lasts for five years before lapsing and a new application has to be made would it be possible that Peel has applied and been granted permission to develop a DMG at other sites. In which case Peel might then decide to progress another site in view of how long Protos is taking. This would seem consistent with the comment in the RNS about the rapid rollout of DMG units.

I have just had a look at the range of trade prices for the trades do far. That range is in fact shorter than the quoted range used to arrive at the share price.

Wolveshaveeyes in relation to your 06.28 post that depends in part on the planning conditions imposed. But based on what was said in the planning statement I would be expecting to see a completed plant by end of the year.

In two posts yesterday I accused W2T of what I referred to as a serious error of judgement. Having looked into this further I was in error in that the application for Ellesmere Port was not as I assumed from the June RNS granted. It was only prepared but never submited. Apologies for this error.
However, my current position in relation to the possible acquisition is neutral as I need further information to reach a concluded view which I will not be doing until after I have read the shareholders circular. I note what Telephoneman says about the Japanese being an honourable people and bear this in mind.

I note that you have not objected to Telephoneman's post of 11.59 which attributed the share price rise to the RNS without reference to yur post.

BristolDan - In relation to your 11.21 post in an exchange of emails I had with the planning officer it was confirmed that the planning applcation would NOT be considered under delegated authority but by the planning committee.The next planning committee is not until 4 March. In accordance with statutory requirements the papers for the 4 March meeting will be available the week before. It is not until then that we will know what the recommendation from the planning officer will be.

The only people who are likely to know what is in the planning officer's reort at this stage are the planning officer and the committee legal adviser. It is therefore highly unlikely that the increase in the share price is attributable to anything to do with the planning application.
