Jabido In relation to your 11.39 post I do not think we are much disagreement. My view is that up to a third of any profits could be used for diviidends with the rest being used to grow the company. On the question of timiing from recollection the retained deficit on the balance sheet is circa £29m. Before any dividend can be paid this would need to be cleared. The two ways thatcan be done is by either cancelling out the Share Premium Account if there is enough in it. The alternative and my prefernce is by the accumulation of retained earnings. From the work that has been going on at H &W I would anticipate that INFA may reach the situation where there are retained earnings by the end of this financial year (31 July 2021). If that proves to be the case then dividends can lawfully be paid from then. I think when dividends will start being paid from depends on the shareholdings of the directors.

I see we are having another day of low volumes. I presume everyone is keeping tight hold of their shares as they should in my view. The low number of shares means that you would not need a large amount of funds to pay dividends. If my maths is right a p a share dividend would come up to £650k.

I have just noticed that the departure date for the Oceanex Connaigra has been put back again to 28 October. My concern is that INFA does not want to get a reputation of not finishing work on time. I therefore wonder what was the cause of the delayed departure which will impact on the Oceanex shipping schedules and possibly chances of repeat business.

Notforalongtime In relation to your 10.45 post the problem is not so much ITM as they are likely to push electrolysis as the best way of at scale production of hydrogen. This would mean that gasification in general would struggle to get a mention in the strategy. While there may be some merit in that argument the problem is that gasification research may then struggle. So a way has to be found to promote the idea of further research into gasification.

The minutes of the inaugrual meeting of this Council can be found on this link https://jmp.sh/McGGJvA One takeaway from the notes is the reference to small scale projects. I have emailed back suggesting they look at PHE. As ITM are on the Council I am not sure if theywould be keen on that.

One of the union reps at Appledore has responded on twitter to a tweet I sent. The photos are of the dry dock. apparently Appledore is rare in having a covered dry dock helps when it rains.

Si_Derman In relation to your 12.22 post it was not explained but I would hazard a guess at either the dry dock or fabrication hall as it was a large empty space.

yellowf1 - In relation to your 12.02 post it appears as grounded in facts as all your other previous statements. I note that in the last funding raise Peel participated in the fundraise by investing £1m and also took warrants to allow it to purchase a tenth of the equity in PHE. In my mind that does not sound like a lack of confidence in the technology.

In relation to the technology the basic concept of gasification is not new. What is new is using it on plastic but as plastic is carbon based then the theory of gasifucation would still hold.

yellowf1 In relation to your 08.58 post I note that you did not say your comment was in your opinion so I am sure that you can provide some evidence to support your assertion that there will be no further action or investment. Unless you are using the Trump pinciple that because you said it then it has to be true even when there is no evidence in support. It is worht pointing out that an applicant for planning permission has three years from grant to commrnce development so logically it makes sense to apply for planning permission before you are going to start a development so that you can deal with other issues in the knowledge that you have the site ready to start.

Dodger47 - In relation to your 21.45 post this application relates to another plot on the Protos site. The site of direct relevance is Plot 10B. That said in view of the conditions on the PHE application it is helpful to know the approach the coucil will take on a NMA.

I was looking up the Oceanex Connaigraas it is due tomleave on the 14 to see if it was likely that any repeat business is possible. Found this information https://www.ship-technology.com/projects/oceanex-connaigra-conro-ship/ The most interesting thing is that it was built at the FSG shipyard which currently has an empty order book. Alsp it has three other ships in the class who are likely to need overhauling. Cross yourfingers for some more Cannadian visitors.

Scrodingerscat In relation to your 16.56 post I agree with you if there was a rights issue I am not sure I would participate unless I can see a clear path to profitability and eventual dividends as I need to see a return on my investment.
