However he cannot sit on the fence indefinitely and will have to make a decision soon or risk a challenge for failing to make a decision. While the resignations makes two of the motions at today's general meeting redundant it does not follow that the other two motions will pass. I agree with Scrodingerscat in his 13.54 post that II may have said we will oppose the motions to appoint new Directors but the Directors will need to go. That leaves the question as to who will replace them.

I believe the photo was taken on the afternoon of the 7 August. I thought that there were signs of some excavation work in that area. Do you know if there is anyone near that area that can have a look.

BlairPeach ref 13.26 post I see that you are continuing to make statements that are not based on facts. While we have not had updates on what Azura is doing that may be at the request of the client. However, I note that since the Azura has been berthed in the SRQ the Coralwater has been making twice monthly visits to the SRQ. That would seem to indicate that whatever that is being done to the Azura has required a significant amount of oil products. I would also note that the loss of revenue with the Azura laid up must be in the millions or tens of millions. It is therefore unlikely that it would not be Belfast unless there was a good reason.

As far as the Dorset Spirit is concerned it is currently scheduled to be docked until a week on Friday. I do not agree that the length of the docking tells you anything about the cost of repairs. Indications are that it is something in the rear of the ship that needs attention. I would observe you are only looking at work at Belfast and not at the other sites. The Entsha is due into Appledore around the 22 October. I must therefore query the factual basis for the conclusions you have come to.

I see the Coralwater is on a 24 hour visit to the SRQ. Must have a lot of oil products to offload.

Are going to end Q3 with a bumper news day? Due tomorrow is the Q3 trading update assuming the business update from two weeks back was not given in place of it. We also should have interims tomorrow if I am right having some good news to offset the interims might be good.

I note that on Thursday that the Azura is shifting position but remaining in the SRQ. Could this being done as another ship is expected in the SRQ. I ask because nothing is showing as due into the SRQ apart from the Coralwater.

Alcoops ref 15.42 post I note when they were specifically about projects getting to the stage where they are operational in 6, 12 and 18 months they said there would be four by the end of 2022. I would therefore not say any closures this year are certain. Although to get too the 15m Euros target they would probably need some to do so.

With Dorset Spring having this afternoon moved into the Building Dock for what I believe is the first time this year all three berths at Belfast are occupied. Hopefully this would be the norm during Q4.

I fear that having said the presentation was on the interims but then failed to discuss them in any meaningful way analyst may come to their own conclusions why this was. It is not as if there were not things in the interims that reassurance was not needed on. It would be interesting to see what happens to the share price tomorrow.

Folderboy ref 13.19 post the presentation was supposed to have been about the interim results. Unless I missed it they did not discuss the results in any detail.
