Couple of 20'000000 sells now popped up that could be placing share forward sold. Went through at 14.6 so that would make placing at 13 or 14p likely. Just conjecture obviously

That three are no sells that can be considered placing shares being sold. Suggests deal is not done yet. Badly needs some communication here to stop the rot.

Worst thing he could have done was to confirm placing coming without terms settled. You have to wonder if he has "mates" amongst the "investors".

What looks very much like production packer being delivered bodes well. If it’s going in that’s it we’re ready to flow. Could be seeing tankers early next week.

He did actually tweet yesterday about "lets see what UKOG does when HH2 comes online" referring to the potential uplift in UKOG revenue. Yes I think he still has a private interest. Nothing more. TBH I think it was the red tape in the UK that convinced him out. Whatever else he is he does alright for himself!

Agree 100%. Leads me to believe that Tellurian have also been selling heavily. By end of the year we will be well over half the debt cleared and with good flow results this will turn quickly IMO

The volumes being sold indicate that PIs are trading and Tellurian are offloading too IMO. YA depend on a rising market to maximise the profit gained from the 90% % day MWAP terms. Indeed with spread they could actually be making a loss by selling when the market falls. the 150k is long gone they will be waiting for news to lift the SP before the next conversion. By the time we hear of it the shares will have been forward sold. IMO

The two people at the heart of the discussion will not be considered insiders. The real question is where did BMD get the info? Now that's the person should be going to the clink

Tony you are spot on here. SS has been very conservative with his numbers and this has helped to get the planning. Why drill more holes than you have planning to produce from? I'm sure that with a safe record fo 16 tankers per day this can be increased gradually to a point where a pipeline make sense.
