given the big trades that we keep seeing the volumes fair exceed those being converted by YA. indeed I think when they convert they have already forward sold the bulk of the conversion. We have tellurian selling and PIS trading also. IMO

Option b for me RHD. This is going to exceed published expectations IMO. As a LTH I'm not exactly overjoyed with the SP, but from a building a solid company I cannot fault SS approach. I don't thing SS quite as the attitude fk the shareholders rather good thing to those who wait. GLA

Could do with an EWT update. Was due Q4 according to Oct presentation. If that's still the case must be imminent. That would give this the boost it needs.

It's my opinion that a trade that size will have been worked all morning starting when the price was higher and ending with an average sale price above mid at 11.09. The intraday chart also shows a step down coinciding with that trade. Just IMO

I prefer the "poised for lift off" lol. I think many of those that believe in UKOG are already invested - inc me up to my eyeballs. YA Tellurian sells keeping SP down for now but not willing to sell too low and others happy to buy in on the dips. Stale mate until big news it seems

Agree somewhat and if completely unfounded would put a dent in BMDs guise as a man of the people, however there is a little matter of funding. All well and good stating WN is fully funded but I am yet to see an oily on AIM go ahead with a test without contingency.

There were several v big trades on the run up to completion of the deal. I believe they forward sold and were under the 3% on completion. just my opinion

you do have have to wonder if BMDs tweet was orchestrated to allow this seller out though IMO

I wouldn't read too much into UJO response. Take it at face value- they are not denying the claims. Good things will come but for now this might retrace in absence of absolute confirmation.

All the more reason to stop importing and go home produced. Yes renewables should also be in strong focus but we won’t be on a position to turn off the oil pumps for a long time

The average of the guesses sub 10p (I'd discount anything over as being overly optimistic or as those people have stated themselves just going for the highest number) is 2.775p. a bit of useless information there

UK Oil & Gas PLC (London AIM: UKOG) is pleased to announce that, in relation to the £5.5 million financing announced on 7 August 2019 ("Loan"), following receipt of a notice from Riverfort Global Opportunities PCC Limited and YA II PN Ltd ("Investors") to convert £150,000 of the Loan into UKOG shares, the Loan's balance has further reduced to £4.35 million.

I dare say this 150K as long been sold and YA will be converting again V soon. I've stated before it's possible that they are awaiting the price to rise substantially to capitalise on the max conversion price of 1.35p according to the agreement or if not an upward trend to capitalise as much as possible from the alternative terms of 90% 5 day MWAP conversion price. Either way there is no incentive to convert /sell in a falling market.

You need to understand the nature of the YA debt we have taken on. Any good news will be sold into and the traders understand this and therefore see no rush to enter. The terms prevent it being the "death spiral" but it will take exceptional news to push this north before the overhang is substantially cleared. I would hope by 31/12 we will have some flow figures and they will be considered exceptional, also alleviating any fears of a BB type cxck up. Paired with YA overhang being substantially decreased by then, this will move north, perhaps very quickly. 2.92p is my punt GLA.
