Volume here is fairly reasonable, and suspect there will be lots of new suckers to buy in (probably me included for short-term trade). Perhaps it will almost be a copy of the last raise £5-6m (with big discount to share price at the time) and done at virtually the last minute. It could well be May again.

With typical 55 percent margin for this industry, that should equate to about £176k. Doesn't make much dent in the cash burn at all.

Difficult to say exactly what news flow will be and timing, plus even more difficult to know what kind of deal GDR can cut on fundraising. My strategy will be to buy in only after someone like PH has confirmed they are backstopping a raising in some way.

I'm pretty sure GDR will need to raise money in the early spring just to keep the lights on. What form that takes is anyone's guess. Certainly won't necessarily be the same as last time, with PH standing in at the last minute to backstop liquidity. But maybe it will be just like that.

Roger has lost a lot of money on here in the past by trying to be an investor. But now he knows he has a better chance with GDR if he just tries to trade it. A lot of the newbies on here just don't seem to get GDR. Every year it's the same: post results the share price drops because everyone sees they still don't really have a business yet.

I reckon they've got enough money to at least get to the end of April but nothing more is assured (assuming cash burn will increase to £0.65m per month from January and they will receive the tax credit).

This share has always dropped post "results"......it's the lack of actual results that's the issue.

An exciting next few weeks coming for GDR shareholders, with confirmation in financial results that they have achieved next to nothing in terms of any real commercial progress (again). It unlikely to be good for SP am afraid.

There's just nothing of any real commercial value to communicate at the moment. Simple. But they'll do another fundraising next year somehow. Probably off the back of FDA approval is my guess.

Probably not. It's definitely an R&D company still stuck in a rut at the moment (and has been for years and years).

A lot of the posters on here seem completely detached from reality. GDR is about to publish results in a few weeks time, telling you once again they have virtually no sales. (Guess now someone will post about likely "secret sales".
