Though perhaps Eureka could clarify the wording here." looking to get". Do you mean they told you they are "expecting" significant sales in September?

No, there would have been an RNS if they were using it for routine use in Liverpool, as there were RNSs about beginning routine use in Manchester.

Lionel, I don't think GDR have done anything in Liverpool yet. Only Manchester and Brighton so far.

Every single time it's been rolled out in a new hospital(s) for AIHL there's been an RNS.

Thing is about the field service engineer, Genedrive used to have a distributor for AIHL in UK: Inspiration Healthcare. But this was axed a couple of years ago (presumably as significant sales hadn't materialised). Even with only a handful of hospitals using AIHL, ultimately you need someone to keep the machines running. (if average life of machine is 6 years, obviously they don't last forever, and you will get glitches.) I wouldn't say it's negative or positive "news". Just neutral.

Always the same with this share. It has the exciting name and the narrative. But when it comes to actually delivering....a differrent story. I wonder if it will come good at some point after FDA approval for AIHL (or maybe eventually the stroke product). Though they'll still be more fund raising and more hoops to jump through.

They have a library of failed legacy products. You can view them on the GDR website. I expect they'll try and use AIHL FDA hope to launch another fund raise next Spring. Perhaps they will also look at lodging an FDA application for the stroke product as well.

Joey, To me as have been following GDR for a while it very obvious why Cheek left. He'd made very bold predictions that he would be able to get wider adoption across NHS England for AIHL (rather than having to wait for long-winded NICE data collection and probably another NICE review to conclude). But in fact it appears that no one else is adopting. Just some units in Manchester have adopted so far for routine use, plus a hospital in Brighton. And significant sales for the stroke product appear a long way off as well.

It's just a very old analyst target that somehow got stuck on the Simply Wall Street system for some reason indefinitely. No analyst has put a price target on it for a long time now.

Definitely agree with the first part of your analysis though expect things to carry on in the usual pattern of previous years for a good while longer at least.

I think they would have to change the business model a bit if they are to benefit from a situation where they supply machines that may not be used much (just to be an "available" option).

But so what? NICE has decided they prefer lab testing for this. Perhaps GDR has a better chance of selling their test overseas.

Why would a hospital by a machine if they don't think they're going to need it? i.e if lab testing available.
