US is their chance with AIHL. But there are more hoops to jump through after FDA to get actual sales. Medicaid and Medicare approval and signoff my managed care providers will be needed. It could take a couple of years in total before signficant sales materialise in US (assuming they do get FDA approval).

But they announced first demo sales in Europe and Middle East for AIHL in December Roger! And Cheek said they were meant to be rolling out to a few more NHS trusts by September as I remember.

The good thing is at least no one will be saying there are big "secret sales" already completed in the background. It clear now that GDR will RNS even the smallest of sales faster than you can remember your own name.

It's always in Manchester to start with. But with AIHL, after 6 years of first being tested in Manchester, they have a hospital in Brighton as well using it.

I'm pretty sure if there were any (more) sales for either product we would have an RNS, as they did when the Brighton hospital adopted AIHL. They even did an RNS in December when those distributors abroad bought stock for demos.

I'd expect the next proper RNS will be the results in November. The following day Gino will do a presentation. Of course, the share price is bound to drop after the results as very little in terms of sales still.

Agree with Gloria. The words "next phase" and "ultimately" suggest meaningful sales are a long way off for this.

Tiger, I think so. Reason being, they are bound to do another fund raise next year and very uncertain when they'll breakeven.

But this is only annual cost. Jammy, you're right. The actual cost of device is about £5k, with each machine having an average lifespan of 6 years. POC is expensive!

They list kit itself as £1200, but then other costs take it up to £2783 per year. They say cost of POC test is £108 versus £48 for lab test. (lab testing is a lot cheaper)

£5k sounds a bit high. More likely somewhere between £1k to £1.5k.

I think disappointment on this front is exactly why Cheek departed...
