James, you are way out on your timing. There is no way this company will be in profit in 2025. It's basically impossible.
As to the odds of eventual success, I would put it as 50/50. On the one hand, yes it now has 9 units using AIHL. But these are not yet funded by the central NHS budget. You could argue that if the NHS really wanted to roll it out nationwide they would have already started to by now (over 5 years since GDR first started trialing the AILH product!!) On the other hand, it's an achievement that they've managed to get to 9 units without full NICE support. So you could argue that either way.
