It's quite rare that AIM companies manage to get the next placing price above the last, that's why my guess is 1p this time. (last time it was 1.5p). But no one knows for sure.

Jimi, Neither the question nor the answer states "specialist commissioning", which has a very particular definition and means full adoption from the whole of NHS England.

Perhaps he means he's expecting one or two hospitals to sign up off their own backs like Brighton did.

Specialist commissioning would be a bigger deal as that's NHS England. But there's no sign of that. They have to call a public consultation to consider implementing specialist commissioning and they haven't even done that. (I think this talk just started because there were certain comments from the previous CEO). For England and Wales it's still all about what NICE eventually decides for this.

A misleading statement as they don't stand any chance of even breaking even this year, under any scenario I can think of. Otherwise the share price would be way higher. You have another dilution to look forward to within the next six months.

I think that shows how PIs can actually affect the AGM votes of a small company like this a lot, especially when no iis at all. To me it quite amusing as he wasnt even around for the COVID disaster they had and he's just the finance guy.

I think the question you are asking is have GDR ever issued a revenue forecast for this. No. They have talked about potential market size before. I'm not sure how exactly Scotland plan to use it. Will they just use it in certain cases, i.e and use lab testing for most. The NICE recommendation was to use lab testing for this first and foremost, and GDR's product as the second preferred option. Given the Scottish population is just under 5 million people, I would guess max revenue for this in Scotland would be £650k per year. Minimum can only guess.

The fundraise is not by choice. The director buys are, so they are positive in at least some way. The fundraise is coming but it's not "imminent". It's due within the next 5-6 months.

But I think problem here will be if they don't manage to get any news out on touted Scottish rollouts before cash runs out. They bound to use that news to get a discounted placing away. But will be very tricky if there is no real news by mid-2025.

I'm 8.000 miles away and to me this sounds like they weren't being very straight with you:

The things they claimed to be due in the short term in the presentation were Scottish rollouts, which won't add up to much in financial terms.
