I have always been suspicious about the company not able to communicate with shareholders but indirectly authorise Looed to provide reassurance of the situation with everything going well until it's not.
Apologies to Looed if this comes across rude. My personal feeling is that Looed seems like a genuine character, but one side of me thinks what if the company's intention were to provide false hope to shareholders to stall them from taking any further actions.
If shareholders had any chance of getting anything back, it's all too late now.
Perhaps Looed were manipulated too, or he is simply a messenger cascading information. Identify will forever hidden.
One thing for sure, he is knowledgeable and not an ordinary investor. I always felt that he would be someone that works in a law firm, with the assumption that an ordinary person wouldn't know that much depth about bureaucracy and court processes.
Definitely not long now until the end.
