Major cash in to Matad via a fund raise. Great timing for that, new ISA allowance will attract some buys if SP is closer to 1p.

I see it as a sinister trap. With the fresh ISA allowance, they are encouraging buys.

Once the mugs have loaded up then BOOM, bad news drop, investment funds trapped for the rest of the year.

All in my opinion of course.

Mr Buck also said they wouldn't rule out a fund raise. Why don't you highlight that too?

Everyone knows in order for Matad to have revenue, then they need to sell the oil, and for that to happen they need to:

1: fix the wells

2: have the export signature

They have neither as I write. Meanwhile, cash in the Matad bank is £3million last reported.

A placing is likely to happen imho.

MB himself said at the recent AGM that although not ideal, they wouldn't rule out fundraising.

The smart traders have sold out when this reached 2p not too long ago.

MB has missed the opportunity once again when oil price were in favour.

Now it looks like sp will drift back to 1.2p

Funny because when oil is rising you all love to relate it to Matad to suggest the increase in value for the stock.

I'm not challenging your research.

In my opinion however, the Chinese and Mongolian will always see Matad as a foreign investment.

They will back Petrol China any day over MATD.

It's just the way businesses work.

MB have prioritised, or wasted money on wildcat Gobi over a Heron when he had the funds.

MB himself said at the AGM they will look to conserve funds for 2025. It's because they don't have any. He gambled away the funds.

Placing is coming in my opinion.

To my knowledge, there is no plan B. It's frictional.

Market Awakening!

In previous years when Matad come out of the winter hibernation, investors were excited and the SP rises.

Not this year my friend. Not this year.

The market have come to realise nothing ever gets achieved by this slow burner of a company. The story of "crying wolf" a few time too many, to describe the over promising and under-delivering year after year.

The market had seen through MBs tricks. Gone are the days people would invest in Matad in anticipation of news and trust.

The company have raised £174 million in total and failed to make a single penny of revenue.

MB have been drip feeding the market with news. First it was the LP which has taken 5 years to obtain. It was after that the market was told an export signature were needed and it has already been 6 months since.

What other legal document is needed after that?

Why didn't MB be more transparent to begin with and what issues are holding him back exactly?

It's this sort of behaviour that investors should caution Matad as an investment.

For us long-term holders, it's already too late. If you are thinking of investing, then you should really think twice.
