Can't believe the SP has moved down to a figure pretty much what it went to after the Winter shut in of Icewine. Are we really back in such a negative position? Don't really think we should be.

Already discussed when bradis asked the question earlier. The Russians. We are talking Gazprom and the Russian government, for reasons already gone over ad nauseam.

I believe the IPPC was not revoked on a procedural issue as such. It was revoked on appeal with a procedural issue being the reason. However the appeal was found not to be valid. It was appealed again on another technical issue. Again the appeal was found not to be valid. Can't remember how many times but I believe after three appeals the appellant was found to be vexatious, was thrown out last November and not given leave to further appeals because the appellant was considered to be vexatious.

We have been waiting since then for the IPPC reinstatement. I believe other factors have now come in to play to prevent the reinstatement in a timely manner. That's why it would appear corruption could be in play.

So having removed the IPPC in 2016 on a vexatious appeal, when it should have been left in place until the Court found one way or another, we still don't have the IPPC. The reason would appear to be political and we have already discussed who may be behind it.

Colin appears to be yet again showing his mettle. After the appeal in 2016 he arranged the contract to sell to INA. He now appears to be getting around the Permit problem again with some more lateral thinking. We can only hope he has success. Our investment depends on it.

You really don't know much about this do you Fellrunner? There's a massive gas field under Slovenian soil. I think you should read up about it.

It's been discussed many times here bradis. Russia don't want anyone reducing their sales to Slovenia It's the way Russia is. They don't want a reduction of even a tiny percentage in whatever advantage they have over anyone. Some may say Russia don't supply the full amount of the Slovenian requirement. Well, they sure would look to do so and don't want anyone else muscling in.

Try again: The IPPC had already been in place up until the appeal in 2016. It just needs reinstating, taking in to account any changes since 2016. Should be straightforward and a few weeks at most should have been sufficient. This smacks of corruption.

That'e my point in my reply to you. A broker could arrange an out of hours trade. A PI could not.

The only Executive Director here is Colin. Clive, and the others, are all non Execs. . Colin is the only one who can be actively doing things for the company. The others are just there to advise.

There are only PIs invested here. Therefore that trade (actually showing as a buy at 0.73p with the spread at 0.7p to 0.75p) was almost certainly a broker arranged trade from HL or some other to balance their books, or some other reason. That's my uneducated assumption.

Not2sure that article was just a journalist speculating on information they had managed to glean. Any negative or positive connotations were purely their suppositions from what they had learned, and they gave both angles.

How many more Wednesdays before the one when the decision to reinstate the IPPC is made?

I wonder if the denial was more a form of misdirection as to answer in the affirmative would have given the game away? A clumsy form of misdirection as many would consider it to be lying while others may say he would have to deny it because of the confidentiality involved. Avoiding the question by being noncommittal would also have been a red rag to an interviewer.

As always some excellent input from TPT. At least some journalists are finding some information about what may be going on.

Colin stated in a recent interview that they got out of their other projects in Italy and the Netherlands because the Petisovci Gas Field in Slovenia was the much better bet. I might bet he is now really wondering if that would have been the case. Italy can be quite bureaucratic but Slovenia has taken the biscuit. Even with a dead cert gas field and wells just needing reopening he can't get things moving.
