It's certainly the best it has ever been in reality. The MCap has been substantially higher when the situation was no where near as good as it is now. This should now gradually rise to the outcome of the SR, regardless of the situation with the permits. They will help when granted but the asset is good enough on it's own to attract offers from companies in the SR for an SP in the 2p to 3p range for an MCap of £45 million to £68 million, depending on competition and who takes it on. INA can do so without a processing plant in Slovenia as they have their own at Molve in Croatia. They don't need the IPPC. However permits for re-entering wells would be helpful to them.
