I've just spoken to HL. The person I spoke to had trouble finding out what is happening and put me on hold for a while.

Funds will be taken from the account within the period before the shares are issued on 31st October. So anytime up till next Wednesday. I pointed out that other providers had already processed money to pay for shares and that it appeared to be only HL who hadn't. In fact the 'corporate action history' section shows no action under 'comment'.

I was concerned that no information at all is currently showing well after the deadline of noon yesterday.

I also wonder if HL customers could be at the back of the queue for taking up extra allocation with them processing the open offer after other providers.

What price energy security eh? Trump has warned Germany of relying on Russian gas. He's right. Ukraine already know the dangers of relying on gas from Russia.

Gazprom gas could be very expensive to Slovenia. More than just financially, politically as well.

Very low volume this morning. I only see two trades so far, both buys. The meeting didn't have much effect. Maybe a podcast? Sorry, I just like to know what is going on as I have a fair amount invested.

It'll probably show up on the company accounts. So the rest of us should at least get a podcast on what was discussed, even if we couldn't partake.

Reg, you used the word 'tolerate' earlier. This is becoming difficult for all of us to tolerate but I'm sure those trying to harm AST will play on the tolerance of investors. This has gone on for far too long and many kick out at Colin. He is as much a pawn of ARSO as the rest of us.

When I hear that ARSO have put this out to a legal team to go over I can understand the time taken. It's just extremely frustrating and very annoying to us. Maybe not to you as you love the schadenfreude but to genuine investors in AST this is very frustrating.

That's a good showing from the BoD. Hopefully someone asked them to do a podcast for all of us who weren't able to go? Probably not in the forefront of the minds of those who did go.
