reso, check my post at 08:10. AST are there to make money and the result of that would be a secure gas supply for Slovenia. Ask Ukraine how reliable Russia are when the politics gets difficult.
RE: MINISTER WANTS TO SPEED UP PERMITS!31 Oct 2018 09:47
TPT, nothing in that article to suggest Jure Leben is changing anything. Maybe the politics of the other ministers and officials is starting to get squeezed in to the mix to calm things down.
Many well off people who support eco campaigns have more money than sense. They can afford it while their little knowledge of the environment and it's interactions with humans takes pole position in their heads. Meantime the poorer people just need some warmth to get them through the Winter.
Especially as AST are there to provide a benefit to the ordinary Slovenian with a secure local gas supply. Ok AST are looking to make money as well but essentially the result would be a secure local gas supply for Slovenia.
Ok. You directed it at me, as if I had a contrary view. You are spot on. The point has already been made by myself and others. He's acting unilaterally and has made this move on Twitter and not through official channels. But he is the Environment Minister and therefore it is his responsibility. It is however contrary to Slovenian government policy in being foreign investment friendly and following the rule of law.
WHYAST, why are you stating that to me? That's already been gone over this morning by me and many others. My post was to Tony, as the title suggests. He states the market already knew about all of this. It didn't.
RE: Questions still left unaswered30 Oct 2018 09:59
The threat of the European Court is probably where Colin is going with this. It's all about politics and specifically the Environment Minister.
Production will be increased when the wells are stimulated. We know that already. The SR has companies who can do that and provide the funds to get them stimulated. INA in particular just need the wells stimulated. They already have a processing plant at Molve and an existing pipeline from Petisovci to Molve.
All you questions are easily answered by the way this is proceeding. It's just the Minister coming in with this Tweeted threat of an environmental impact assessment that's the problem. Not all the questions you ask.
Not sure how a broker could buy large quantities without them showing as buys but I'm not familiar with the way brokers can do these things. I would have thought their buying would still show up.
