This is getting very confused. It wasn't awarded in November 2017. It was just the Court ruling against the appellant because they were vexatious. The Minister and the Court will see the current permit application as new or old depending on their viewpoint. You can be sure the Minister will see it as new and is clearly trying to put a stop to it. Whether he is overruled by his PM or other authority in Slovenia is another matter. The current application is based on the appellant being thrown out and that allowing for the application to proceed.

So it could look like the old application being thrown out on appeal and then reinstated when the appellant was thrown out. Or it could look like a new application when the old permit was thrown out on appeal and a new application started after the appellant was thrown out in November 2017.

Whyast, I think the Minister will ensure it is considered as such. AST already had the problem in the manner the previous permit was thrown out. It should have been considered under the old law according to the new law itself. It wasn't.

We had the Permit until the Court threw it out in April 2016. This is a new application. At least it appears to be considered as such with all the hoops AST have to jump through.

What other choice would Colin have? The only alternative would be if the current gas production would be sufficient for AST to keep going. That may only be possible if the Directors get virtually nothing, the onsite workers get virtually nothing and the gas production cost is very little. Almost certainly an unlikely possibility. The Minister has got AST in a corner. Having invested what they have in his country he now wants to bankrupt AST. What a nice chap.

I don't think anyone mentioned the PM being interested in what AST investors think? I certainly haven't and have stated we should avoid mentioning the plight of investors to the Minister as well.

We should mention the problems of annoying the largest foreign investor in Slovenia, annoying the British Ambassador and the fact that his Minister has disappeared on a two week holiday and avoiding dealing with this problem. Not good politics in any form.

If the fund raise were to be 0.002p the dilution would be enormous. Colin needs to get the SP up close to 1p or more for a decent fund raise without excessive dilution.
