The Minister puts out a tweet just before he goes away on holiday for two weeks. Carnage ensues and he's laughing his socks off watching from afar. Why does anyone think he would put out a tweet to the general public just before going on a holiday? Nothing intended there, right?
The Minister is monitoring the reaction. His next move will be next week when he's back from holiday. He will then know, from the reaction to his tweet, what to do. Colin is wisely keeping a diplomatic low profile, as is Sophie Honey.
So who's the bad person in this scenario?
