I know how short term thinking the industry is. I remember 1986 when the oil price collapsed to $12 and exploration work stopped, despite it taking around 5 years from initial exploration to offshore production platforms being in place. So I understand how a falling oil price is not good for exploration work. Otherwise the oil price is currently not helpful to us.

The logical outcome of this scenario currently is to follow the last RNS. Run PG10 and PG11a on their current gas production to INA, get out of Slovenia and go elsewhere.

It's not relevant to AST in any case. The gas is there the wells have even already been drilled and only need reopening. In fact the bag of gold is already on the door step and just needs to be picked up. It's a facetious analogy for AST and always has been. A better one would refer to someone who had a bag of gold on their doorstep but were prevented from getting it by a bureaucracy that didn't allow them to open the door. Reso knows that and has misdirected many over the years with such analogies that aren't representative of the reality.

If you look at the Brexit situation you will see all of the EU countries ganging up on us through Barnier, etc. in Brussels. They didn't really need to as we are tearing ourselves apart with internal arguing in any case, which is not in the national interest and with many not respecting the result of the referendum.

It's the same here. The whole Slovene system, their Press and courts, are ganging up with their government against us and we're just fighting among ourselves.

Colin is the CEO of the company and it's up to him to deal with the situation. Have opinions by all means but don't fight like rats in a sack. Help him out with constructive criticism and not just calling him a clown and denigrating him childishly. Your investment depends on it.
