Does anyone know is there an actual date when we are next due in court, if at all.? Or are we anticipating weeks/months of haggling between lawyers around an OOCS?

Other graphene companies like AGM and HAYD share prices have been decimated from the highs' of the last 2 years. Looks like VRS has fared alot better in that respect to date. Very hard to predict where this might go from here.

Clearly the industry is shaking itself out. Those with he most compelling business model and the cash to implement

I think getting Hope removed as a director may have been driving force.

They clearly can't work together. Hope was never aligned with ANY shareholders. If you don't own any shares your
agenda is totally different.

Well a prompt outcome is surely what is important.

I should think all we'll end up with is something like Hope standing down from the board and the interest rolled into the final debt.

Then we can move on. Get WHI as the new Nomad, confirm the new funding, and start on the 2019 campaign.
If we can get that before end of Jan. that will be good result.

AND in defaulting on the $2 million Hope probably would have the right to claim the full $30 million owed to him paid in full. If FRR can't pay that Hope will possibly be able to seize assets(i.e the company).

No doubt a standard power play from that type of lender.

Never easy with FRR is it. So essentially, to sum it up in a few words, we are ARE in talks with a super major that is BP, BUT we may lose the lot over a £2m default !!

I think you'll find shorters do sell shares. They borrow them then sell them. Drives the price down of a stock they don't own!

Yes, I think it is wishful thinking that it will be settled by 18th. Could quite easily drag on after that. Hope could file a defence, then settle before the "due in court date" (some time in Jan maybe)Of course they may feel they have no case to answer, and, or a strong defence!

Let's not forget oil prices are 30% down in the last month or so. Has affected most Oilers.

Is it really possible to predict the future with data that old on an AIM listed share.
Surely you'll get very different conclusions depending on when you start the chart. (e.g. why not 20 years ago or 1 year ago as the start point.)

There is NO reason. We have had and RNS saying two majors, then another RNS after the MOU with BH was announced to confirm the 2nd major was still in discussion.
