NCYT gets CTDA approval for it's Genesig Covid PCR test. (one of very few approvals so far)

NCYT confirm their PCR test detects ALL and NEW variants.

Covid running rampant in Europe. (Some countries struggling for testing capacity)

New Omicron variant already in may countries including UK

Chris Whitty says(today) if you have symptoms get a PCR test (no mention of LFT)

New Gov policy(today) requiring people entering the country to get a PCR test (no mention of LFT)

UK Gov rolling out new Diagnostic centres to decentralize testing (not just for Covid but post Covid NCYT will be able roll out their suite of non Covid tests to run on the Q machines)

I am fully expecting another 30% increase in SP Monday. !!! (maybe more !!!)

30% increase. When did we see that last.?

Only 4 more 30% days and we are back to £12 !!!!

Surely this being the original Covid test NCYT made it must be the one (pre Promate)
that formed the bulk of the product supplied that is part of the DHSC dispute.

So nothing wrong with the product the DHSC just decided they didn't want it/didn't want to pay for it.

So both that and Promate both being approved(Promate on the temporary list) that is looking very strong for NCYT's case.
And of course the whole world including the UK desperately need our tests right now!

I wonder with these new variants how accurate cheap LFT's are?

You can bet NCYT are on it like a shot.!

So have we officially broken out of the down trend?

Think I would be happy when we end up with higher highs (looking at the one year chart.)

So I am thinking anything above £4.26 and we are flying again !!

Makes you wonder...are most cheap LFT's totally useless as new variants arise!? But we still keep using them.

There often seems to be a morning sell off followed by a recovery during the day recently.

Another blue day would be nice 2-3%. I'm not greedy.

Hey Whatnonewsyet, BUT if DHSC is not settling due to intransigence surely NCYT would have by now opted for arbitration at least, or court action at worst . Would you not do that if you thought your customer was unlikely to settle a contract.

The point I was making was, the fact that NCYT have not pursued this further, or indeed chose to not violate the non-disclosure agreement, suggest a workable compromise is being worked through.

I do find it odd that the DHSC dispute is taking so long to resolve. What is holding things up?

The fact that we haven't actually gone to arbitration implies both parties think it can be resolved without that resort.

So why not resolve it? Is a new arrangement being negotiated? Q machines being part of the proposed new diagnostic centres.

The downward chart has been relentless and depressing.

Be great to see a proper trend reversal and a sustained steady rise. A few % a day will be fine. 2% a day for a month takes the sp well over £5

Looking at the Gov stats re: PCR testing. Capacity seems to have dropped markedly recently even though demand is as high as ever.

Must have been Porky selling ALL his NCYT shares which was causing the sp to drop. !!????

A lot of COVID stocks getting VERY volatile...BUT on no news. Avacta up 17% as I write.
