They did get a person with experience...Sales experience.

This is the next phase of development for NCYT and it will very much be sales led. That is what we need as we transition to selling our large portfolio of post-Covid and non-Covid diagnostics.

p.s. The good news...NCYT remain a highly profitable world beating diagnostics company in a rapidly expanding sector.

Hey WBAFC, yes well we all thought the HUGE DHSC contract was a game changer. The BOD, the shareholders, the Brokers, everyone..... Well it was!

Then what happened...the DHSC ****ed that all up by reneging on the contract, AND worse, are trying to drag it out any resolution indefinitely.

So... where does the blame lie for your loss. The BOD, You?, the DHSC, the Gov.

It is VERY frustrating how long the DHSC dispute has dragged on for, especially given the current unprecedented demand for PCR testing.
The "Non disclosure" agreement is also very convenient for both parties. They don't have to admit to all the ****ups they have made.

We can discuss the ins and out of Omicron/vaccination/non-vacination/ new variants.

But from a shareholder perspective we are mainly interested in revenue going forward.
Are you of the opinion PCR testing will drop of a cliff any time soon? Are you saying NCYT is a bad investment right now?

I think PCR testing will be with us for some time.
This time next year we may have £150m in the bank. Plenty of scope for post Covid investment in other diagnostic areas.
Many new tests are due out this year (non Covid). We now have a world wide reach and the staff and resources to manage that.
So, like a lot of us here I am hoping for a very bright future for NCYT.

NOW would be a brilliant time for NCYT to announce a 10 minute PCR test.

LFT in disarray....NCYT Omicron virtually 100% detection.

I'd also like to see NCYT to come up with a small hand held single test machine. Very handy in POC applications.
A 10 min single test machine that was highly accurate would be a game changer.

Of course we re still doing great regardless. Much Gnashing of teeth of the Avacta board.

I'd guess at ACTUAL will be £103 million if we are making predictions.

Yes the market seems to have got the wrong end of the stick re: PCR testing.
We ARE testing using PCR at RECORD levels!!!

Market seems a bit dumb right now. Reacting like frightened sheep careering in the wrong direction.

Hey Woody, yes people have had their jabs and are getting on with their lives...BUT PCR testing is at an all time high.

Don't you think a company like NCYT who specialise in PCR testing are NOT doing VERY well right now! ??

The problem is a TRULY successful companies BOD's don't worry about the SP either BECAUSE in those companies the SP tends to rise slowly and steadily over a prolonged period of time as it grows. Their SP is NOT volatile, dancing around wildly at the whim of short term company news, traders, and government/world events.

I think until we are post Covid(if that ever happens) we will have to suffer the volatility. How we will emerge on the other side remains a big question.
