I have been selling in and out of this for two year now and if it hits 0.9p. I will sell some again, if I miss the proper rise so be it but even when it gets to 0.9p it will still drop more again.

Does anyone know what the end value of a share will be if this deal was to go ahead next week?

Must be a really slow motion one as in the last two weeks it’s rose nearly 50%. I wouldn’t mind being in a few more car crash shares that are doing that!

The price was supposed to be in £‘a and not $’s and the payment is to be made in instalments over 10 years. Are you waiting 10 years to get that money back?

Started piling cash into shares in 2020 and I have virtually doubled my money, lost a few times but learned a few lessons for future growth.

When this shares gets back up to 0.9p I think there will be a lot of profit taking from people who managed to catch 0.6p today.

I wonder if the £20 was the new bottom? Strange how there were loads more buts than sell and it still dropped, 50p rise more and I’m back in profit.

According to yahoo finance it was in the fives today but I missed it.

It would of took some balls to sell in April when the price was £22, granted it would of been a good move. They will still pay the dividend so the drop in the short term is unimportant. Just take it as a good opportunity to top up :-)

£18’ish :-), if your wanting to buy in cheap now is as good as ever. If I had spare cash I would buy now but my money is tied up in other shares so I would rather wait and see how well they do before committing more here.
As I said if it doesn’t start rising it has to drop another £1.10 on 16th June so that may be the low? But who knows.

Trades don’t work for independent builders as they don’t have enough work to maintain them, the paper is littered with stories of cowboy small builders and most use people who a few trades.
I do contract work for persimmon and I can assure you I would have no problem getting an independent builder to employ me but as I said they don’t have the work where as persimmon has absolutely loads and the sheer volume of work they offer you means it’s not worth going to someone else as it’s too much grief as an independent won’t have the time to wait for when you have spare time.

For every one of those you could search the web and get similar complaints for BMW, Mercedes, Barrett’s , Taylor wimpey, lg electronics and Sony to name a few.

The web has made a place where people will complain cause it’s so easy to do with minimal effort.

Selling the Barclays shares will be a bad mistake as before you know it it will rise. Barclays will recover quicker than card IMO and not share advice ;-)
