Hopefully trading will continue through some other market. Could be Isdx or Australian Bourse. I hope so because I have about 15 times more than you invested here. The limestone company is still trading so hopefully losses will be recovered by insurance and/or claim against the fraudsters. Interesting weeks ahead.

The next Rns will probably state that the shares can be traded on the Isdx market Limestone company still trading 4 months after fraud so there must be come chance that rto of some sort will happen. The problems are when and at what cost to existing shareholders

Agreed a very messy situation. I only there were problems before they invested. The photos of the new vehicles and the pictures of blocks strategically placed were very impressive to look at on the website but I think we're all a front to make things look better than they really were. I hope it gets sorted out soon. I am surprised insurance hasn't been mentioned and the fact they may take proceedings against the personnel involved is worrying Hope all good with you and keeping busy with your Olympic preparations.

Sid Sorry no disrespect but I have never done e mails to any poster on here. I assume we are thinking along the same lines hopefully a positive outcome if not I'm £10 k down. Presentation was very informative but it does look like an inside job which involved everyone from the cleaner to the men at the top. If giving them out last 300k means we get our money back then so be it.

SID001 Thanks for info I didn't realise the presentation with lots if additional information was on the website. Things are bad but now changes are being implemented there is hope for the future. Does annoy me that more due diligence was not carried out before any investment had been made but that is of little consequence now. Seemed their was a few staff colaborating together. The ipo option seems the best one or a trade sale. I suppose if Leed could double their investment or just get it all back that would be a start. I await further news with crossed fingers.

Seems that they did the so called due dilligance a year too late. Imo the fraud etc was going on long before leed invested. Little internal control lack of paperwork etc. I hope that something can be salvaged but I am not expecting much. I get the feeling we have all been taken for a long fruitless ride. The due dilligance checking etc should have been carried out before a cent was invested. Hope all well at your end very busy I expect.

Obvoius from rns that little or any due diligence was done before making the investments. They had years to find the right investment and still got it wrong. Let's hope shareholders get a return on this. im surprised the large shareholders that were in at .48p a share dont help out although probably as far ss they are concerned it is money for old rope. We shall wait and see.

I certainly hope not but the rns says about creating shareholder value but sounds as if it could be elsewhere. . I would like to attend but work prevents it. We are supposed to get a further rns prior to the meeting. Its been a pretty awful week in the UK so some good news would be welcome. Hope all good at your end. Hope they sort it out but as I said earlier the way the Rns is worded could mean they are giving it a miss raising funds and investing elsewhere to enhance shareholder value. Reading more of the rns the way it is worded the deal may not happen they may raise further funds and invest elsewhere. Third time lucky! If the deal does go through it should be at a much lower price. Imo they should obtain the patents and move operations to the uk. Plenty of construction work here. Interesting what they will or will not say at the forthcoming meeting.

Probably sales value of bricks. Probably being sold fraudently and the proceeds pocketed. We shall be informed fairly soon I would think. If the person (s) involved were in charge of the deliveries then the sums involved could be quite substantial. As I said before these sort of losses are usually covered by insurance.
