Good to know their is still somebody else still monitoring showing an interest here. I'm not interested in auction. I'm sure there is a plan B as cash will be gone very soon. Still think we will get finance buy the whole company and relist. All imo of course. We need a bit of luck here. Two investments almost two failures.

Seems we may not be on it anymore or just lack of interest. Of course their could be a plan B. Probably only needs a few million to take over the company completely. Could then move production to UK. Just my opinion but anything possible here.

No shares offered or wanted on asset match. Never been like that before. Could a relisting be forthcoming.

I notice that nothing has been announced confirming that all the resolutions at the agm had been passed. I suppose now that they are no longer listed it is not a requirement to disclose it.

I find the company secretary replies than more often. Although he probably won't divulge anything he may have some idea of updates etc. Also there was no news on whether all the resolutions were passed at the agm.

Civex group seems to be up and running impressive website. But at the end of the day no matter how good the website looks it's selling goods and making profits that count. Been nearly six months since investment was transferred to civex group so would expect news on trading etc very soon.

Very quiet on the news front. Assum agm went ok. Cash must be below 10k. Let's hope limestone business picks up soon.

E mailed Co secretary this morning to remind him penalty increased to £1500 if accounts not filed today. Within 10 minutes they had been filed At least I saved the company £750. News soon.

Company secretary sent me a personal e mail enclosing accounts agm notice and form of proxy. I cannot attend but can print off form of proxy to cast my votes. Anyone who has trouble getting voting forms just e mail him. Very helpful imo.

Thanks for that. Pity about Australian downturn but I'm sure will all come good in time. Auditors fees seem a bit high but hope cash flow improves soon before cash runs out.

Good evening to you. I do hope so. Accounts still to be filed at companies house. Penalty increases to £1500 if not filed by 31st. About the same as the costs of being on aim. Really could do with relishing but good news will have to do at the moment. IMO we will raise funds by way of a loan or bond issue and increase our stake or do an rto.

IMO it will all come good here and very soon. New owners have definelty upped their game. Updated website sales direct to consumers. Hope accounts are filed by 31st July as penalty increases to £1500 I think. About the same cost as listing on aim.

Good to know some of us are still hanging in there. Hope we do register on aim not as expensive as it seems. News soon.

Good evening to you. Do you have some news regarding Leed?

Civex website seems to have expanded. Company was formed in February 2017 as far as I can see. Next news hopefully good. Sales to general public etc. Leed entitled to about a third of profits. Hope accounts are filed soon as penalty goes up to £1500 at end of July. Ties in with the next auction so would expect more news and accounts filed before next auction date.

The rules are that a plc must file its accounts within six months of its year end. The accounts date were extended by six months to 31st December 2016. Should be filed within six months so 30th June 2017. All companies are not allowed to extend their year end more than twice in five years to stop accounts being delayed. Does seem odd that they haven't been filed within the specified time but hopefully soon. IMO other than our investment we are basically a cash shell ready for a rto.

No reply and accounts not filed so another £750 of shareholders cash wasted. If they are trying to conserve cash every penny helps. Let's hope next news is good and soon.
