Just passing through. News due very soon imo. Auction very soon will be interesting to see the outcome. I certainly won't bother. Waiting for some sales/profit figures which should be good if the previous upbeat news is anything to go by. We do now own 33% of the business so I for one will be very interested.

I myself am more optimistic than I was a few months ago. The latest Rns was very positive and upbeat imo. I am not the slightest bit interested in the auction process. A return to aim seems very likely.in the future. Bannor I respect your views and am sorry that you lost money over the mannas investment. Happy and hopefully a very prosperous new year to all.

IMO we could all be very surprised with the potential here. The fraud that happened may have been a blessing in disguise so to speak. It has found many other problems within the business. Now hopefully sorted or almost. I look forward to the next year with much more confidence here I did 10 months ago.

Does indeed look very positive. Could be in excess of £600,000 a year coming our way in the near future about equal to our market value. I would hope that a return to aim will also follow. Have a happy and a very prosperous new year.

I've got 20,000,000 here so probably wouldn't add to it at the moment. I hope eventually that we return to the aim market.

Of course the fall in the aus$ against £ means 1 million aus$ has gone from £400,000 to nearly £600,000. Seems to be our current market value and with minimal overheads we would trade at 1x earnings. So would then rerate upwards rapidly.

Should be news soon if last announcement in October is going to plan. If takeover happens and the limestone company is profitable then Leed will get their share in the ratio to their holding in their equity holding in battalion. It may be some months away but if all goes to plan then I see nothing stopping us being relisted on the aim market. Let's hope so. News before xmas would be great. My investment is in the tens of millions shares so I hope the news is good.

Thought there may have been news by now regarding refinancing etc. Hopefully soon and a positive outcome.

As far as I can see everything would revert to how it was before the shares were suspended. We would buy and sell Leed shares as normal. IMO this will happen.

IMO it will be sooner than a few years. If Leed own say half the company they get half the profit. Better times ahead.

Looks like the board are doing their utmost to deliver value for shareholders. IMO Leed will resist on aim next year. I am keeping my shares where they are but will follow the auction with interest.

I am not selling through asset match. I will wait for the investment to take its course of action and hope that the shares are relisted.

It's because we have been de listed from the Lse. We are now effect like a private company but with many shareholders. I hope a deal gets sorted and shares are re listed.

Some idea of the price achieved would be great.

Interesting developement. Not sure if you can sell your shares through your existing broker nominee account. Hope leed give us more clarification hopefully monday next.

We will be informed if and when refinancing is done. Leed will then be a major shareholder in the limestone company. The shareholding will then become the investment. Leed would then be entitled to a share of profits assuming they are made by way of dividends. So far from being all gone if the refinancing is done Imo we could all be pleasantly surprised. The detection of the fraud early and the new person in charge of making the company a profit making one should Imo be enough to turn things around. A couple of bits in the Rns also seemed to give the impression that the worse is over and trading is improving.

Far from it. Business has been turned around. Imo if refinancing is sorted we should have a very interesting and profitable future and being the largest shareholder more return for our money. All imo.
