Now on the cultural limestone website under personel the name isn't there. I will re look later but lots of work to do so must dash.

Well said. Although the rto is not a 100% certainty I believe it will happen albeit at a lower price due the fraud. I hold 20 million at .05 so I want everything to fall in place for Leed to be a trading company make a reasonable profit and return dividend income to shareholders. Nearly May, they did mention a couple more months of due diligence so imo July sounds about right.

Far from it. Is in the process of rto of an Australian limestone by brick company. Should happen by August. Shares are suspended until rto happens.

Taste is not speaking nonsense. As for being accidentally invested I think this line of talk is wearing a little thin. Fifteen years ago I accidentally uninvested. Cost me over £20,000 finger pressed the sell button by mistake so as far as I see it is nothing to joke about. Going back to the website situation hopefully just a minor blip which will be rectified soon. Regarding the fraud it does concern me that it was only found by the due diligence by the Leed board so we must be grateful that it was spotted before any more damage was done. Imo the rto will happen but probably not until much closer to the deadline for the deal in August.

I noticed that earlier. Also in Rns yesterday Leed mentioned a couple of months more of due diligence. So probably near the six month deadline before rto. As I have said before losses due to fraud probably covered by insurance. Maybe an e mail to clarify.

The cash flow situation is worrying. Three has probably been more expenditure required in altering the mounds to the correct specifications also there seems to be a lot of very expensive looking vehicles and other plant in the website photos. As the business expands these initial large costs should reduce. Have a good break yourself I'm taking it easy for ten days now. Try not to eat too much chocolate I probably will. At this point we do not know the extent of it. Was the person(s) involved supplying materials for cash on the cheap for cash blackmail etc. I say persons as I cannot believe a lone person could unload the lofty fiddle the paperwork etc. We should hopefully be informed soon by the Leed board as to how the fraud was conducted and the value of materials involved.

If I were a potential customer Imo it may have some bearing on whether I would wish to conduct business with them. As long as the product is good quality and customer service is good then should not materially affect customer numbers. All imo.

Looking at the cultural limestone presentation on the Leed website and comparing the current names Jm seems to be the missing one. Let's hope it's all sorted. Probabably covered by their insurance so hopefully no financial loss. Just customer relations may be affected. News soon on rto.

Hope all is well with you and the not quite so little one. When I saw the rns I thought great then I read on and was alarmed by what I read. A long serving trusted member of staff probably loading up the goods and selling on the cheap. I for one hope that the damage done financially can be rectified. It is the public relations side that also worry me. Leeds have given them almost all of their remaining cash so I think the takeover will happen. They could have just walked away lost the investment but they haven't. As I mentioned before fraud through theft is usually covered by insurance. Hope for better news soon.

Hope you are sleeping better. They grow up so quick. I know I'm not allowed to mention other shares but as we are currently suspended I cannot see any problem. The share is 3 legs they should subject to shareholder approval come out of suspension in about 3 weeks. I am fairly certain that Leed will do something similar. A share consolidation would also help if further fundraising is required in the future. As for value I would think between 15 and 20 million pounds but I am just guessing here. It all depends on sales earnings etc so an sp of about .50 to .70 would seem realistic. Any rto will of course be priced in aus dollars so price has actually increased about 5 % in the last month alone due to the exchange rate reduction against the pound. Of course if they own the company everything would be priced in US dollars so would not affect us too much. Hope for good news soon.
