Reverse takeover may be in the best interest of everyone.
If the necessary finance can be arranged, would seem to be in the region of about £10 million.
I think that Leed losses of circa £112 million could be used against future trading profits.
I know the rules have changed a bit in recent years but could be a very tax efficient transaction if the rules allow it.
I will look into further and report back my findings.
More good news soon expected.
