According to information found premises in Perth is permanently closed. Production moved elsewhere. If they have the mounds and raw materials the blocks can be produced anywhere. Coming soon to the uk maybe. Franchise possibility with Leed getting a small percentage of each block sold. New investment does look rather minute in relation to the companies current projects. One is 40 million dollars alone.

Would be interesting to know how much we would receive per block. Probably based on selling price a fixed percentage or per ton in weight sold etc. Still could be a nice steady income fir basically doing nothing.

Good evening to all. Nearly end of month so I would expect news soon. I think the share purchase agreement is just what it says. They agree a price for our 33% of the shares we hold. Leed will then receive the cash and then decide what to do with it. Reinvest return to shareholders etc. I hope that they turn the company around and relist on aim. But let�s take one thing at a time.

That�s how I see it. Say a 2.5% royalty on every block sold. So �25000 for every �1 million sold. We shall know the actual figure when details are announced could be less or much more. If sales of a million plus a month are achieved which were mentioned when investment was first made a nice sum would be earned at no additional cost to Leed.

Think I�m reading it right. A contractor is acquiring all the assets not the shares. In effect Leed will still own 33% of the shares. Probably reading it wrong but seems that we will still have income. I shall wait in anticipation for the next news.

Sale of intellectual rights. Would include patents. So although new buyer has full control of the business and sales of blocks Leed would receive a small royalty from every sale. It will be interesting once details are known.

Interesting development. I would hope we would get proceeds of at least 1.68 million dollars. Our investment to date. About 1.25 million pounds or about .003p a share. As for the royalty situation. We have a third of the patent rights so presumably we would still receive a small royalty from each panel sold but not sure on this. Anyway this should be good for the shareholders with about 1.25 million pounds in the bank and ready to invest. We are in effect a cash shell with millions of losses for tax purposes. 10k here myself. IMO definitely rto or something similar. These things can take longer than anticipated finance etc has to be in place. Limestone company website looks impressive hopefully sales income increasing. I e mailed the company secretary in the past got a nice reply. You would not get anything price sensitive but you may get something. Although shares are completely suspended so price sensitive information would be meaningless. Hope 2018 sees us get all our monies and more back. I still wonder if the limestone blocks could be patented here in the uk. Always plentbif construction work going on here.

I hope so. They are still in business website was updated a short while ago. Shares still suspended from asset match. A buyout reverse takeover relisting would be great but mustn�t get greedy. IMO a reverse takeover buyout is the most likely. They could even patent the blocks in the uk.

Spotted that on 18th October. Relisting on aim would be great. Could be plan B. Reverse takeover etc.

Civex website has been updated. Blocks now listed sizes etc so still in business. Looking at wilbinga on maps it is really in the middle of what looks like a desert so potential customers have got quite a drive from Perth the nearest large city about 57 miles. We usually have a builders merchants within a few miles. Although of course they aren�t selling household bricks but blocks weighing hundreds of kilos. Hope for some trading news soon.
