That RNS read to me that both 'financial closing' and 'start of development' will be in Q1, so I cannot see it happening before Xmas. We'll likely have a few more weeks of the longest advent calendar in the world, brought to you by PositiveEnergy :)

The issue price is 0.27, which isn't bad considering the closing price last night was 0.24. Also the exercisable options are at 0.40. That suggests that both BZT and the seller expect a rise in price.

Yes, I agree, The more someone tries to justify their opinion with their past employment record, the less notice I take. Your points have to stand on their own merits. There are smart people and idiots in every profession, so being a member of that profession could put you in either category. What you actually say how people decide which one.

For the last few days it has moved up, then dropped back a little, before moving up again. Happens multiple times per day. Traders taking short-term profit I assume. Personally, I am just adding on the way up. I keep thinking I must be missing something, then I redo the research and buy some more :)

Yes, I managed to add 1m earlier at 0.235. Seem very good value at the moment.

Last RNS said on track before Xmas / New Year period. However, given its the 21st already, I think Jan is probably more likely. Happy to wait though, given the potential impact on market cap.

We are not in an extension:
1) You can't be in an extension of a period if you are still in the original period
2) The above isn't a legal text, because legal texts do not use ambiguous worlds like 'May'.
3) We know the technical review is complete, but we don't know if it was 'satisfactory', which is another ambiguous word.
4) We are assuming everything is fine, because they are doing due diligence. However, the above also says that satisfactory conclusion MAY result in a commercial transaction but the RNS clearly states there is no guarantee of any transaction taking place.

I think everything will be fine and the signs are good, but don't let confirmation bias lead you to unsupported assumptions.

I'm never quite sure if people are pontificating without doing any research, or are quoting inaccurate figures as a de-ramp so they can get in cheaper (or reduce the damage on their short - but hard to imagine in this situation).

The costs are $2.13 (and $2.03 with Duckpond) It's right there in a large font on pages 11 and 12 of the October 2020 presentation.

That is the great thing about being invested in this company. You are getting great leverage on the copper price with really minimal risk given the market cap and the recent financing.

Some had 180 days, some had 90 days and some had zero. The 90/180 also can't sell in a further 90/180 without exceptional circumstances. You really need to research a share before you invest (or de-ramp).

Yes, that is true but irrelevant. What you need to look at it is the market cap and compare it to your estimate of value of the company. If you think the market cap will increase, then buy the shares. It doesn't matter if the share price rises from 10p to 50p or £1 to £5, you make the same in both cases.

Quady - I didn't reference you specifically. I was making a general comment on personal attacks. I know Earthling has some problem with you and was no doubt trying to get me to attack you in some way. I was trying to avoid that.

I also see that you come under attack a lot and I see no justification for that whatsoever. I may not agree with you on everything, but you are a genuine poster who states his position honestly and consistently.
