We are at 10d and 30d average volume by 11am on Xmas Eve :)

Interesting the price is moving up with high volume and no RNS in last two weeks. I wonder if something is leaking, or it is just people moving money in before expected finance.

Bid-ask is 1.99 to 2.00. Never seen it that tight. There is also a lot of support on the bid. Less resistance on the ask. Just need to break out and we may be away.

The block at 2.1 is smaller than the total buys in the last 15 minutes :)

While everything is signed by the companies involved, I suppose it isn't absolutely definitely done until the shareholder sign-off and government approval. Maybe that is the reason for the price action.

Although, the price did shoot up after RNS and a lot of traders will buy on rumour and sell on news. Maybe some traders got caught out by Xmas Eve RNS and there was something of a panic sell. VWAP is 6, even though price is currently 5.6.

I can't see how the price doesn't move back and keep rising. Its a $160m deal by a $90m market cap company, which still retains other assets.

I think some 'selling on news' may be happening by people who didn't actually read the news :)

I'm very surprised the share price hasn't shot up this morning, although Xmas Eve is an odd time to announce completion of such a major deal.

bsg4 - I admire your de-ramping tenacity and its good to see you are finally doing some research.

However, the min has been in production since 2012 so most, if not all, of the first 175,000 has been mined. The remaining gold is about 15% of the total value, so RMM are giving away 12% of 15%, or about 1.8%

I suggest you sell immediately!

I got up this morning and saw the share price continuing the drop from late yesterday. After a quick recheck of the research (again), I went back to bed for a couple of hours so I didn't do anything stupid :)

Given the deal is worth $160m and the current market cap is $85m, it is only been priced in by someone who isn't great at math.

The drop was going to happen eventually after several good days. It's quite encouraging that it dropped to open and then stabilised for the last hour or so. There was still a lot of buying into the drop (including me). Next couple of days will give a good idea if this is the level for a while, or we still have some more upside before Xmas.

Long-term though, this price is still amazing value.

I think you will find people are helpful when you demonstrate a little effort of your own. If you aren't prepared to do any preliminary research and don't want to invest any time to understand how companies are valued, then people are less inclined to do the work for you.

It's very hard to make money from investing if you don't understand the companies you are buying.

Let's be more optimistic. If we manage the same PE ratio as Tesla, the RMM market cap would be roughly about fifty billion dollars. Of course, its possible that Tesla might be overvalued and isn't an ideal comparison.

When someone says 'weeks', I don't think the first plural available is the assumed target date :)

Although you should definitely sell if you were expecting company-transforming news and you have to wait more than 2 weeks for it. Lots of shiny things elsewhere I am sure.

Not sure than 12.5% can be classed as a 'slight' premium :)

I confess to not knowing much about manganese (research required from me), but the premium and the 0.40 exercise price are encouraging.

I used to be a BMN shareholder, but sold up a few months ago. Just wanted to pop-in and say well done to the LTH that had the patience to wait until the market finally recognized the value of this company. GLA.

Tips from me:
RMM (undervalued operating mine - just refinanced)
ARS (80m company on verge of selling asset for 160m)
ARCM (AAL doing due diligence on a possible deal, although nothing guaranteed)
KEFI (looks like finance might actually finally happen in Q1 - due diligence complete)
