Its been up to 2.32 and down to 2.05 (about 6% either way) and now its back at open, so I have no idea :)

However, he also said "financial closing and the start of development planned for Q1", so if those two things are not the same date, you could reasonably assume that financial closing would be earlier in Q1 and the start of development later in Q1.

Yes, I completely understand that. I was only posting due to PE's constant new threads stating that finance is late. I agree that it may not be delivered as stated, but at the moment there is an official RNS giving Q1 as the target date, not first week in January.

"We are on track for the principal outstanding Ethiopian Project financing-related matters to be completed in the coming weeks, with financial closing and the start of development planned for Q1 2021, leading to the continuing goal for the start of gold production during Q4 2022."

So finance completion could be next week, or it could be March. I hope for the former, but the RNS covers the latter.

Looking at L2, every time the price goes up, someone sells about £5 worth of shares at 2.13. Its happened four times in last 30m. Trying to create an impression of price fall I suspect. However, the last purchase at 2.19 was 500,000 shares, so the price movement is not exactly balanced :)

Happens to us all. I sold OMI 2 days before the re-rate :)

For those who might be new arrivals due to the recent share price rises:
- Last RNS stated finance in Q1
- There was a placing less than two months ago
- The minor conflict in Ethiopia last year is now over was 1000 km from the mine site anyway.

The people who missed out are now trying to talk down the share price, which is why we have people who never posted on KEFI before now creating negative posts every few minutes.

As always, take everything posted on here with caution and do your own research on the company.

Always a good sign when the de-rampers turn up in force :)

At the share price right now, its up 12% this week and its only Wednesday. The stone seems to have anti-gravity.

The estate agent is taking a fee for organizing a sale, not buying the house in the hope of selling it later for a higher price. If estate agents did have to buy from you and sell later, I suspect they would have more than a passing interest in the price.

Yes, but they are still buying or selling. MMs aren't a charity, so if they buy shares from you (or sell them to you), the deal must make sense from their perspective. So if someone sells at 2.10, that means the MM is buying at 2.10 and therefore must believe it is a good trade for them.

Every trade has a buyer and a seller, so its both.
