I disagree, given the nature of the project, the political climate and the confidentiality required, I wouldn't consider it shambolic. IMO, it's a rather blinkered assessment, borne from frustration over timelines not aligning with personal circumstances.

The BoD did seem to imply things were close, then war happened. Whilst it won't impact their ability to sell, it'll likely cause delays IMO. Not really the BoDs fault there IMO

As for lies, whilst it is AIM, there is still a decent level of regulation, so I doubt the NOMAD would allow RNS's to be released that weren't truthful.

All in all, there will be an RNS at some point saying sale or no sale, and if it's a sale, for what price.
