I agree, the BoD will be in posession of information that could impact the SP. I believe they aren't releasing it either due to legal reasons (NDA's) or due to it being unwise due to the political climate.
You could probably say this about most companies though. Take for example, EVE. Had they told everyone they were likely to go bust before they went bust,most would have sold.
Similarly, if our BoD told us the ballpark figure for a deal, then many may buy in.

My point still stands though, if you feel information is being withheld, that will impact the SP adversely, then why would you still hold shares here?

I've addressed your question many times del, but you seem to not understand the answer I am giving you.
IMO, they are not "lying", they are still able to, and are progressing towards, selling the assets (as they say in the RNS's).
IMO, the war has meant it is taking longer.
They can still sell, but there is clearly some delay. All IMO of course.

As for EUAv2, if EUA makes everyone lots of money, I'm sure plenty will be very happy to stick around, as the BoD will have shown what they can do.

No. Like my previous analogy. Intetest rates going up, don't stop me from executing on my strategy to buy a house. But it may well delay things. So the Bod continues with it's strategy, as announced. No timeline has ever been given, so it continues.

Anyway, enough of you attacking the straw man.
My response was to the latest rubbish about the BoD destroying value, when clearly the SP drops markedly (like that of many companies) when the war began and got into full swing. Prior to that, it was pretty rangebound for about 6 months.

I have seen some awful deals done. Why would we want to be one of those just so it happens slightly quicker?

How will there be a placing? As per the AGM, there is no authority to do so. Significant oversight or just that we don't require it?

But the period of no return has been due to the war, not their actions.

You all speak with such certainty about things you know nothing about
