How the sp goes from 0.65p to 15p is anybody's guess, but so long as it gets there is all that matters!

Bonkers, you are suggesting that people buy a share, and then chose an exit price based on what they bought the share for. That's the most amateur approach that I have ever read, but I hope it's working out for you.

Most people carry out a Valuation of a company and compare it to the mcap, looking for opportunities that the market has gotten wrong, buy in and wait for the correction. In order to do that you need to be able to carry out a Valuation of a company.

You clearly don't even know how to do that, but you're convinced that there is over a million oz of gold in the ground (worth well over £2b profit), but you'd be willing to sell that for £80m (1p share price). Good luck with that approach lol

The fact that the company has a conservative NPV of 15p and a sp of 0.65p. Eventually TK is happening, and there is just about nothing left that can stop that, and when it happens KEFI will be incredibly profitable, which will be reflected in the dividends, which will be reflected in the sp.

The time-line to that, and risks to that, are small and getting smaller and smaller each day. The sp has to get from 0.65p to 15p between now and 2027. It is completely reasonable to expect that it will be in increments, in line with shortening time-line and de-risking. This week is a massive de-risking event.

I'd also expect the PR team to kick into gear not, and we will hopefully start getting a raft of further de-risking news this week and next.

They sell whenever, and however much the market can absorb, with zero regard for the price. They were as happy selling at 0.45 as they are at 0.65.

This has been in the works since Dec. One of the biggest admin exercises was Construction Contractor repricing and giving a lump sum price, which they now obviously have because BCM are now onboard. Everybody has known for weeks now that ratification was a formality.

There's actually every possibility that things are at a very advanced stage and final sign-off could come a lot quicker than we think.

With all the bs "a placing is coming" fearmongering on here, its potentially easily influenced people panic selling, because some guy called Forrest Gump seems to be able to read the tea-leaves of trades, and has foreseen a raise lol

Every time I see somebody say "placing is coming", they may as well post "I just did a trade over the ratification, and now I've sold and need the price to drop back down for another chance to take advantage of gullible shareholders".

We raised nearly £11m only a handful of months ago. We also sacrificed 10% of GMCO to effectively raise another $10m to clear the debt that we owed ARTAR. If you think that we've burned through that in a few months (despite having reduced our GMCO exposure), and that ARTAR wouldn't be happy enough to 'spot us' for another $10m again (the done pretty well out of it last time!), then you need your head screwed on.

Also, Harry would look kinda stupid telling his shareholders that we've turned down offers for GMCO because we don't need the money, and then turn round a few weeks later and do a raise!!

If we haven't got sign-off or GMCO sold by Nov / Dec, then I'll start to be concerned about a raise. All the chatter at the minute is just traders playing devilment imo.

Dsrt2012, I disagree with that. With AIM, and particularly KEFI, it seems like sentiment is everything. If the numbers are correct, and the market valuation is considered correct, then the only thing that makes sense is if the market is quantifying the risk of TK all falling apart at like 95% likely to fail!

I think that even the biggest pessimist would accept that it's now 50:50 at absolute worst, and the NPV numbers simply are what they are. Therefore the only explanation is that poor sentiment is causing the market to completely and hugely undervalue KEFI.

Therefore I'd ague that sentiment is huge, just that it is more driven by share-price direction and "feelings" (like I think this will go to 2p, with zero substantiation), than by anything said on LSE.

I am fascinated by this. Please don't take this the wrong way (because I am more and more convinced that sentiment is the key sp driver here on AIM), but I would really love to know what you base this on? Do you have any kind of level when you feel that KEFI becomes over-valued, or is it just a feeling of how you think market sentiment will react.

I can work out 'real value' and even apply all sorts of indices for risk, jurisdiction, time, etc. but KEFI's sp is so so far away from reality now that I feel like in the short-term none of that really matters. And it can be worth 10p all day long, but unless the market figures that out then it's irrelevant, and what is far more important is the 'I thinks' and the 'in my opinions', etc.

I expect that you don't even have any shares to sell, because you'll have already sold them off the back of the ratification news, and now you want to drive the sp as low as possible, as quickly as possible, to get another trade lines up to take advantage of the inevitable re-rate when ratification is formally announced.

To say "we'll have the Placing RNS before the end of this week", and "I'm hoping for the best, but expecting the worst" is completely nonsensical.

If you think there is going to be a placing then it would be 'bonkers' not to sell right now and buy them all back at a discount after this impending placing that you seem to be able to foresee!
