"Conclusions based on portfolio review

Based on the current carrying valuations of Dynasty, SatoshiPay, Sthaler and the market price of the quoted investments the portfolio has a current value of approximately £11.9million which is equivalent to an estimated NAV per share of approximately 0.24p.

For the reasons highlighted above, the Board believes there is significant scope for this figure to materially increase over the next twelve to eighteen months. Accordingly, the Board intends to focus its attention and resources on supporting its two core investee companies and does not anticipate making any new investments for the foreseeable future.

In addition, the Board intend to manage the Company with a focus on funding the business, insofar as possible, through the sale of its existing non-core investments.

The Board will cut all non-essential costs and is proposing to put in place a share option scheme on a time and performance basis. The terms of the option scheme will reflect the Directors belief in the inherent value of the two main investments. Details of the scheme will be announced later this year and will cover a maximum percentage of 5 per cent, maximum life of 3 years and proposed exercise prices of at least 0.35p per share.

Ratcliffewriter - Absolutely right. Anyone asking for information that is clearly already public information must be ignored. Such as porkey9 who claims not to know where Suzy lives, but with a Google Search knows that she lives in Fxxxxxx Way, Nuneaton, England, Cxxx 6xx .

What ever it is porky has here, seem to raise a suspicion that it may well be nefarious.

Aardvark - Are you thinking of coming back aboard? You were once very positive about the share 10 to 12 weeks ago.

I'm here for Dynasty. Satoshipay at these prices is a freebie. Hopefully Tony can come to some valuations this year for the two companies. Dynasty should be quite an easy one based on their income and potential. Satoshipay, well... what can I say. I certainly didn't invest here for that one, but certainly wouldn't endorse more investment in it.

I bought another 5 Million shares a couple of weeks ago and once I get my payout from TNT I will be buying at least another 10 Million. I see value here.

1. I have a vested interest in the business doing well. I am a shareholder; I’m adding to my position, and I have total confidence in the business delivering as outlined. I am not at T1 level but getting there.

2. Before I arrived at this forum this was possibly one of the most negative forums on LSE with historic shareholders doing nothing but moan 24/7 it was a god dam awful place to visit. It was certainly not a place to visit if you want to find out about the business. In fact, you were actively put off from investing Imo.

3. I have gone out on a limb to make as much noise as possible to bring attention to this business and attract new investors and I will continue to do so. I have continually kept reposting links and information in the hope that someone new visiting will pick it up and go onto researching the opportunity and hopefully join us.

4. The majority of the LTH could not even be bothered to ask questions of the new management team when they had the opportunity to do so. Why do I know this? Put simply I know who the bulk of the questions were raised by from conversations with fellow investors and frankly some LTH were so dam negative they couldn’t see any return here and simply didn’t bother.

5. Sentiment is finally changing, thank God, new investors are backing the business, the business is finally re-rating and the market cap of the business improving but it still has along way to go.

6. I have continually said that I believe fair value pre contracts is at the peer average 80p line 52m mcap and that I expect this to trade in the 74p to 85p until news breaks. On contract confirmation we will be well north of £65m mcap value £1 SP heading towards £130m mcap value £2 SP. That is my call. It has not changed since the start.

Now some here may not like my ultra bullish stance, I get that, but how can anyone somehow think that its in anyway acceptable for ells-13 to post here all weekend 22 posts on Sunday and today telling everyone to sell so that can try and get back in a few pence cheaper a good thing? It is not, it is damaging to this business. Further it is distracting for new investors visiting here who want to discover more.

Now unless you are shorting yourself or have sold out and want to get in cheaper, for the vast majority here that are long we want the company to continue its success and its share price to continue improving. This is my point. Why not shout about it, we have a lot of positivity here. All shareholders should get behind this great business.

I thought you'd sold out Aardvark on 13th September after telling us you were the King or England 😂

The way QBT are going about things is quite astute really. Let miners test the product as an addon software layer. If they find it sucessful they are going to want to be the sole owner of the enhancement. Judging by what was said in the PRN today, the only way that one miner could own the source code is to aquire QBT.

Interesting times ahead.

DB13L - Yes, thanks, just found that via their Linked In page. That's the actual domain, which is re-directed from the main advertised domain dynasty-esports.com which expired.

Not sure how customers are meant to find them. I've emailed them now from their web from on the alternate URL.

Wouldn't hurt them to realise it's 2023 either, doesn't look very professional still having 2022.

Just went to check on the Dynasty website. Looks like the domain expired on 17th October.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with them to ask why they now have no website?
