Agree Coldspy - I think the problem MyPro (and infact all protein companies have) is that there is very little pricing power, as they all kinda offer the same thing (within reason). and they all compete on price overlaid by a high frequency promo strategy
the benefit MyPro have is that they have economies of scale and automation so probably have lower costs than others (it seems some of the smaller players are going bust etc)
the good news is whey is now down, and MyPro have diversified away from whey only products (such as Wheyforward in US and asia, and also Myvegan) plus they offer vitamins etc and clothing
it is also great they are going into more RTD and On the Go offerings across UK, Japan and I would guess other markets supermarket channels. And licensing like Iceland deal is money for nothing, which is 100% incremental and I love this (not sure other brands of protein could achieve this)
but short term mypro is a bet on whey prices - the more they fall the better for margins. long term the head winds are the ones mentioned above
