why would Mould make an offer? he can just keep awarding him and his minions more shares and dilute share holders

the business is cash free negative (to the tune of 150-200m a year) and makes a similar loss
how would they raise the cash needed to keep this going without the public markets, knowing the outgoings are circa 250m, whilst ebitda is at best 100m this year, 150m next year.....

this share is ill - just dropped 4% on almost zero volume and in 5 mins
