worst case scenario here is a 5 p takeover given the assets of CHAR.

this is very feasible now.

there is value in onshore Morocco.

Has it come to anyone of the lack of information on the:

1. funding of energy business.

2. Namibia

3. onshore Moroccco business

any progress on those will have added a few pence on the price. why is management not updating the market on those?

in addition to the fake news of the africa article it sounds that it is in management interest to keep the price low. why can this be the case?

AA build a stake to takeover Chariot which did not work out. they sold their stake.

Once Energean invested into Anchois, the Aa came on board Energean.

Once Energean invested into Chariot price has been falling from 14 p to 3 p.

this is looking like a strategy to takeover on the cheap knowing that CHAR has limited cash.

this is a massive buying opportunity.

CHAR not being the operator there was no point of an update today.

it was deliberate to give an incomplete update and the n through IC inform market that the full update will be next week.

was this done to get management to increase their holdings?

Management playing a dirty game there to increase their holdings. this follows the raise a few weeks back. how much greedy can these guys get?

Valuation of 40m is ridiculous for CHAR now.

management may be tempted to take this over for 8-10 p.

If valuation remains where it is, AP has probably already lined up an MBO . taking this private and selling the parts will be very profitable for AP. not sure why he has not done so so far unless it's part of his strategy to drive down the share price.

if price remains where it is after some good results then CHAR is likely to be taken over by ENOG or some other company.

what is not clear is that you post daily repeating the same argument. what is the benefit to you and other posters?

unless you have a valid reason it does seem you are only here in the hope that prices go down and you can increase your holding?

the $2m raise is a joke for Namibia. its substantially more than this. A big Boy is maybe helping CHAR on this. could well be Energean.

why would Energean not be interested in Morroco and Namibia together?

With Energean divesting other assets and investing elsewhere , this is looking like they are working to takeover Chariot at some point or there is some agreement with AP already.

management increasing their stake goes in this direction also with the placing.

only thing remaining is divesting/listing the power business which we know CHAR has already made progress on the financing. its either divesting or listing CHAR Energy.

looks like once Namibia is announced things will move very fast here.

The only explanation to the raise is that there will be delays in the financing of the power business and the company is short of cash so they have to fundraise. also for AP to increase his shareholding on the cheap. the fact that he continues to put money in this business supports the case.

the only issue is that LTH continue to suffer and there are endless delays to materialising gains here.

With Energean due to have so much cash it is possible that the 100m share purchase was in fact Energean. this is only $10m and would make a lot of sense. 0wning 10% of chariot and going into a drill with Chariot. if it's good would be easier to take them over.

are we due an RNS soon on holding ?

Management not buying at these levels also so suggest they can't for now. something is going on. it's logical
