CHAR cannot afford delays as they are short of cash.

however, a fund raise at 3p+ will be unwelcome dilution unless they can get to 5p. Loukos or power financing should come soon IMHO and provide some cash release of $20m+.

This is being seriously undervalued by the market now.

this is the time to top up for 5x to 10x in the next 6 months.

Once debt is in place they can easily sell part of the equity for $50m+.

Loukos can surprise on the positive side with farmout and cash release of $10m+

Namibia + farm out will add an extra 5p+ to the share.

no wonder management is trying to get as many free shares as possible.

In the last few weeks, despite the low share price management has appeared disconnected and kept missing shares to them. this is looking ridiculous.

however, looking at this, if you are insider and greedy and you know news is imminent, would it not make sense to increase your holdings at this price. Time will tell.

Last year CHAr announced the partnership agreement with ENOG on 7 December.

Most likely we will have an update around this time.

hoping we will finish at 4p+ this year on update.

why do you think the second drill will happen in 2026.

they have a whole team in Morocco including a country director. what will these guys do for the whole of 2025?

they are referring to Morocco as continuing operations.

the consensus here was Energean was going to announce its exit from Morocco which it did not.

given the time this is talking it looks like ENOG has yet to make a decision and are potentially still negotiating with Morocco/CHAR.

the press article in French only does suggest that it wants to exercise some pressure on the Moroccan government. for what reasons?

Management need to update the market ASAP. this was supposed to be the busiest period in their history.

why the silence?

3. what came out of the dubai conference of 3 Nov for onshore Morocco.

they need to update the market on these items. this is independent of Anchois and Energean so what is the reason for the delay whilst their latest presentation refer to Namibia and power financing as items to be completed in 2H24.

most holders have made their minds here and decided to hold. the downside from here is limited but the upside is substantial.

1.news expected on onshore Morocco with potential farm-in following the Dubai conference on 3 Nov.

2. news of potential new partners for Anchois or full sale.

3. Namibia asset acquisition and farm in

all these should each add 2 p on news or update to the share price or 100% increase.

Even if 1-2 comes good we will see substantial upside from here.

if nothing happens then there is a risk of CHAR being taken over for 4p.

I read your post of 30 sep and this contradicts what your are saying now. at the time you did some valuation analysis when price was 1.48p and your were convinced of the value of the other assets.

what has changed since?

it is looking like you want to top up at 1.5p and you are trying to drive price down. :-)

this is in line with what they said in September. taking stock and that Loukos would be on hold. they are farming out as they don't have the cash.

this is good news.

Paying 3.5 m at 2.44p suggest to me this is an insider trade and someone in a hurry to complete this trade at any cost. I bet news tomorrow. fingers crossed.
