Logically if the company was going bust a lot of people would be leaving which is not the case so far. these insiders known the prospects of the company.

There has been tactics used to bring the share price down like Rigas comme ts in the local Moroccan press and then nothing for 4 months.

something is going on. this is a tight ship also with only a few people in the knowledge.

another unusual thing is the constant issue of mew shares to management despite price being at 1.5p and little cash left. very bizarre.

we also have Harry and risky who despite price of 1.5p constantly come up with stories to try to bring price further down.

This is looking like a 4p-5p takeover coming. We can come with a dozen bullet points why this is thr case. I can give a few:

1. Enog and Char complete silence on Anchois for a few months now.

2. no progress in power business on funding

3. no news on Namibia

4. no update on onshore Morocco despite press articles saying they are looking for partners.

5. no rns on shareholding for some time.

6. allowing cash to run out so as to make a takeover more plausible.

the above is not coincidence, this is being planned.

with the lack of news it is obvious you are paid by a party to do this. is Enog trying to bring price to 1p to secure a better deal or will they bid for the whole company for 5p.

you are right here. enog tried the local French Moroccan press at some point. price for chat at some point was moving to 3p+. with all the negative press now char has been sitting at just below 2p. it seems someon3 is keen to keep the price low for CHar?

another mystery is enog not even mentioning Anchois in their results.

takeover won't be of interest for enog. put a part sale of char for say $50m to $100m to enog is a possibility.

at $100m this would bring price to 10p which would likely be accepted by management given where price is today. this is the best solution for shareholders also.

The silence of both enog and char is deafening.

can this be part of discussions which could lead to a sale of the char morocco assets to enog or a takeover. something is fishy here.

if this was the case they would have announced it in the update.

the fact that they did not announce it is a reflection that talks are ongoing.there is no change.

given the time it's taking now this means this is seriously been considered otherwise they would have said NO after a few weeks.

also bloomberg is stating $400m development cape for 2025.

looks like for some time Enog use the local french press to make some noise that they may not go ahead. this was a bargaining tactic.

the silence from CHAR also do suggest things are progressing. this may surprise on thr upside given market is valuing the Anchois asset at Zero.

As we enter 2025, it is quite amazing that we still have not heard from ENOG on Anchois.

despite all their press articles saying that Morocco is not commercial etc.

looks like a game is being played here knowing the cash position of CHAR.

hope we get to know soon. something is fishy here. Anchois is worth much more than has been suggested by ENOG press comments.

There would be a worst case scenario in case Enog exit. a $20m compensation will probably be right. this should increase price by 2p at least.

the brokers are now assigning good upside tk th3 current share price and there is talk of a small development.

not sure why you suddenly turned so negative on this share having in the past claimed that you know management and were an insider.

very unlikely they will raise at 2p. this will dilute AP shareholding massively.

cash would come from part sale of energy business, loukos farm in or selling Anchois. I can't see management failing to get any cash form these business in the next few weeks.
