this article leave the door to a new entrant which may explain the delay in announcing the news of Energean exit.

my interpretation of this is that there will be some positive developments on Anchois.

the market has already given a zero chance of success to Anchois.

This has no bearing for CHar. at no point they said they are close to financing on green hydrogen.

The RNS of yesterday has brought the volume Downe and stopped price from rising.

did management do that on purpose by sacrificing one off theirs and dampen any price rise.

this could easily have been done if they were preparing a low bid. not in their interest if price goes back to 5p+

impossible there was nothing to the volume of last few days.

At a minimum the buyout needs to be 20p to work.

the financing of the power business may come first. they have been in talks since March and they said they have had a lot of interest eg part sale or financing. this should release at least $30m-$50m.

this is the kind of projects that banks such as Investec could finance or other local banks.

Chariot is not known to be leaky.

if they do a deal to sell Anchois or part sell the energy business, this will unlock more value than the cash received.

at the moment part of the low valuation is due to the limited cash that they have eg $10m.

the moment they have $50m in the bank. the share price would rerate and they would be able to get better pricing and valuation for the other assets.

Any announcement of Enog taking the option will bring share price back to 5p.

currently the market is assuming that the project is dead.

bizarre that a broker assign a 15% of the project going through. was this done to keep the price low whilst the parties discuss?

Asset sale would be perfect but this needs to be paid back to shareholders in the form of a special dividend.

When this share reached 24 p, we all expected the share price to reach 100p.

instead thr fall has been consistent. there were delays in getting the farm out done with Energean despite imminent comment by the management.

Even after the deal this kept falling.

everything is possible. could well have been brought down on purpose for a takeover.
