Are you AA trying to increase his holding to more than 6% and is trying to buy on the cheap?

for small p.i who has no access to inside information the purchase of AA of 60m shares who is likely to be an insider, has spoken to management recently, accumulated recently shows a lot of confidence in what is to come.

it's possible he is accumulating further which may explain why the share price is not increasing with brokers manipulating the share.

however rich one is , gbp 9 million investment in a company is significant. we should sit tight and wait for the story to unravel.

I have said before. could well be AA is preparing a bid with Adonis or some kind of asset purchase with Chariot and has made an initial investment in Char. time will tell.

I am talking of a takeover where management is on board such as a MBO. this is plausible otherwise I don't see why Adonis will accept to get diluted at this stage. price is low also. 14p

Then once this is done this can be taken over for 100p.

On Bloomberg it was announced today that Chariot is doing a non deal road show with Stifel Nicolaus from 9 to 12 Jan. Does anyone have more info on this? Who is CHAR targeting?

CHARIOT oil should give an update to the market. The 70% debt component is material information.
Why share this info only to a small broker?
