We have to see whether management provide any positive update in the next few days. an honest and decent management would have done that by now.

there has been lots of shares changing hands without any holdings RNS.

timing of Annual meeting is suspect also a few days before results were announced.

Everything point in this direction. accumulation can happen slowly to avoid price moving above 2p and they have timw to do it.

I think if there is no news and if fid will take 6 months there is a big chance that management prepare a low ball takeover for 3p.

in this case there is no point releasing any positive news. let price drift daily.

as to voting who knows they already control 50% or more of the company through family buying recently.

this is now trading at cash. there is value in Anchois and we know there were 40 suitors who look at the data room. if Enog is not involved maybe there will be a sale or deal with a smaller player.

on onshore how can you say this is a failure. there was a Christmas tree there?

what about Namibia? you think it was a bluff?

and finally what about the energy division. Char has stated they are looking for funding.

it is frustrating where the share price but at this price this will be taken over at some point on the cheap at 5 p or so so there is value in staying put.

this looks like the partners are discussing and are happy to keep the Stella for a few days and decide based on their analysis.

We are all focused on Anchois whilst the biggest news may come from Namibia.

should not be long now until CHAR update the market on Namibia.

Something is going on here. the lack of flow test and RNS of Energean and CHAR which are not consistent with each other suggest that the partners are not sur le meme longueur d'ondes

Char will not be able to raise cash until they show some progress and get the price back to 5-10 p.

I dont think cash will be needed for now. they just need to progress with one asset sale.

the point is that if this going to take time then CHar will sell their stake to Enog. as shareholders we can only expect this is at a good price above $50M.

Could this share price be deliberately driven down whilst the partied are negotiating so that CHAR does not get any bargaining power.
