APN results due in three weeks...currently valued at 4.5x Annual sales of just £100 million giving them a valuation of £450 million which is almost as much as THG Nutrition and Beauty divisions combined despite THG have 17x the annual revenues of circa £1.7 billion..according to THG's bosses, THG RemainCo is Highly Profitable business. If APN can make EBITDA of £25 million on just £100 million sales then THG with its it much greater buying power and number 1 market position should easily be able to make £450 million EBITDA and £200 million net profit? Pump and dump doesn't matter if there is some momentum buying by FTSE trackers now that THG has £550 million valuation..the shorts (and there are many it seems lurking just below the 0.5% threshold) will want to close of those positions, it was said a few months back that 25% of the free float in THG was shorted..that's tens of millions of shares that would have to be bought back if the rising momentum continues towards the Q4 update.. 130p is not out of the question in the next 12 months, considering that would only give THG a valuation of 1x annual sales, which is less than 25% of some Sports Nutrition/Beauty competitors. If another non core disposal occurs like Claremont Ingredients as mentioned in the update, and or £50 million VAT rebate announced leaving THG with a positive cash balance, then don't see much reason for a modest 130p target? Looking back at the Charts THG has a long way to go. On the 8th Jan 2021 THG share price was 800p now its 44p, that still a 95% decline from the post IPO high when JPMC gave a strong buy rating and target price of an eye-watering 1388p... if even THG managed to get half way back it would give an SP of about 400p..maybe THG can do an SPD as someone mentioned earlier? The Bent Brokers staying very quiet 🤫. They have always been quick to Downgrade THG when poor trading update announced, but say nothing when THG give an very bullish trading update..just shows that the brokers are in the pockets of Criminal Financed Hedge FUD's it seems? JAO Adyor 😳

Appears to be quite a bit of stake building over at APN, they'll be in the FTSE 250 soon it seems?...Amazing how a run of the mill Sports Brand can be trading on such high multiples compared to THG who are No.1 in UK, in fact APN are trading at circa 17x the multiple of THG on annual.sales revenue alone... therefore if you applied the same 4.5x sales multiples that APN are currently trading at to THG, then THG would currently be worth circa £7.2 billion or about 500p per share, which ironically is where it IPO'd at...JAO Adyor!!!

After all of the positive news flow since half year results and the near 60% reduction in debt, the SP is still 15% lower than the 53p that it was on the 18th December demerger day..

Unfortunately the Shorts and previous lowly Broker targets gave brow beaten PI's into thinking 43p is a fantastic rise from the recent liws. THG only need to get back to a ridiculously low 1x Annual sales that would give THG an SP of circa 130p with Market Cap of about £1.3 billion..this compares to the likes of APN Sports Nutrition that is currently valued at 4.5 x Annual sales of just £100 million given it a current Market Cap of £450 million, compared to THG's £1.7 billion annual sales current market cap of about £550 million ( just 0.35x of Annual sales), both companies appear to have similar gross margins of circa £45%, all THG need to do is reduce internal overheads to a sensible level and as THG previously states RemainCo has two World Leading businesses, Highly Profitable, Cash Generative and capable of paying Dividends.
